This was my first visit to RBM of Atlanta-North. I was scheduled for a routine part replacement, and after doing so, the service advisor alerted me of a serious issue with the vehicle. I was escorted into the garage, made aware of the issue by visualization, and escorted back out of the garage so the team could repair the vehicle. During Thanksgiving week, I scheduled my car for its first service work. My service manager is dan Berry and you could not ask for a more customer oriented guy. The work was performed as promised and even some unexpected issues were resolved with my total satisfaction in mind. Dan introduced me to th technician who worked on my car and even gave me a chance to hear what he had done to address a couple of issues. The place is beautiful, the customer waiting area is first class and evryone at RBM North is very customer oriented! My husband travels extensively and, as in many households, he takes care of the cars. Out of all the cars I have ever owned. I have never dealt with anyone as Great as Duane. He is great at what he does. It is alway a pleasure to work with him. Their prices for repais have been very competitive, and their amenities are great, too. T other service advisors have always been great to deal with.
