My husband travels extensively and, as in many households, he takes care of the cars. So I was somewhat anxious when I had to take my C-Class in for an unexpected service when my husband was trav households, he takes care of the cars. Out of all the cars I have ever owned. I have never dealt with anyone as Great as Duane. He is great at what he does. It is alway a pleasure to work with him. I wish he work for Ferrari as well so he can han with anyone as Great as Duane. He is great at what he does. It is alway a pleasure to work with him. I have primarily dealt with Duane Udo, and he and the other service advisors have always been great to deal with. Their prices for repais have been very competitive, and their amenities are great, too. T other service advisors have always been great to deal with. They also have a cool system that scans your vehicle and checks you in upon arrival. More

My experience with Duane Udo and RBM North has been nothing short of First-Class. You often hear about luxury car dealerships (and service departments especially) being pretentious and charging outrag nothing short of First-Class. You often hear about luxury car dealerships (and service departments especially) being pretentious and charging outrageous prices for the smallest of parts/services; this is not the case here. RBM North has taken great care of me on several occasions and provided fair options whenever somethign unexpected has come up. IF I could rate them 6 stars, I certainly would! More
In today's auto service world it is hard to find someone that is knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest and enjoyable to work with. Teresa Cox at RBM North is just that person. RBM North is the best Mercedes dealership in the Atlanta area in my personal opinion. I live in Buckhead and intentionally use the RBM North location due to a specific emloyee that I work with -Duane Udo. area in my personal opinion. The dealership is immaculate, they greet me at my car instantly, a loaner is always ready without having to wait, payment is quick and efficient and the location is easy to access and not crowded, its spread out nicely so you can see all the cars as I did look at a newer car recently there as well. I have yet to receive nothing but excellent service from RBM North, especially from the service staff, Teresa Cox. I tend to work long & late hours, so communication is very limited, so my only and best opt RBM North, especially from the service staff, Teresa Cox. Everytime I've needed a service appt, a question or concern, I email, and everytime I do so, Teresa responds daily, even on Holidays! Teresa has been nothing hut great! She explains everything that needs to be done with my car and explains why certain tasks should be done and whether each one should be completed or not at that time. Now with the economy, money is tight, so its nice to know when you have an honest Service Advisor, she has never emplied that I needed something done that was not serious, and that I like! It is rare to find such quality and professionalism in the car busniess. Far as RBM North itself, what a beautiful place and the professionalism doesnt stop with the service staff, it continues with every employee. I have traveled long distances over the past 4yrs and with Mercedes and RBM North, they have always been there when I've needed them, whether it be a service light saying the oil is low and I needed to know what type to add, they've been there; whether its something to do with my tires and my car being under warranty, they've been there, replaced, free and no charge, always do I call and talk with a "live" person, everytime! I will continue to service my C-230K with RBM and when the right time comes, I'll purchase another Mercedes from RBM North and only reason why I say is, because of the Sevice Staff and Teresa Cox! More
