I picked up a nail in one of my tires and had a slow leak. I brought it to RBM North because of my previous service experience and that is where I had purchased the tires. Steve Byrd, my service adviser, said he would contact the tire company to see what they could do and would call me. He was able to get me a loner vehicle and I was able to go on to work. When he called to inform me that the tire would be replaced and my only cost would be for mounting and balancing I was more than pleased. Steve also told me that he would have the service department check the other tires for wear and determine if my alignment was out. He called me later in the afternoon to let me know that the car was ready for pick up and what my cost would be. I feel that the communication and concern that Steve had with my situation was beyond expectations and I would recommend RBM North and Steve Byre to anyone that has a Mercedes and needs service. They will be very pleased. More

Steve worked hard to resolve issue. Was an excellent communicator advising along the way as repair progressed. These two problems were the result of a vacuum line not being reconnected after being dislodged when the serpentine belt broke. More
I brought my 2002 E320 in for routine service. My service advisor Steve greeted me, went thru what was going to be done to the car and had my loaner vehicle waiting for me (an SUV that I LOVED). Later in the morning, Steve called (as he said he would) and advised me of some addtional items worth noting during their inspection. He outlined which needed to be taken care of right away, and others that could wait if I would like. I agreed and gave him the green light to complete the work. (It also let me drive the SUV for another day!) Next day, Steve called PLUS I got an email that notified me the car was ready. Got to the dealership, relaxed in the waiting area with complementary beverages and snacks provided. When I went to the cashier, she showed me the bill and asked if I was a Prestige Program member. I told her I was and that saved me quite a bit of money! I paid, was given my keys and walked out to my clean car. (They wash your car when taken for service) I really love this dealership and the friendly people associated with it! More

Recently, my local dealer in Coral Gables, Florida, was less than stellar when I needed a repair to the rack and pinion system of my GL 320, the repair to be paid under my extended warranty coverage with G less than stellar when I needed a repair to the rack and pinion system of my GL 320, the repair to be paid under my extended warranty coverage with GEICO. I called RBM of Atlanta-North (we have a second home nearby) and in no time RBM and GEICO reached an agreement acceptable to them and me. The cherry on top was when RBM discovered during a courtesy check that one of the repairs made by the Coral Gables dealer needed to be redone. Had RBM not caught the mistake of the other dealer our car would have been leaking oil all the way back to Miami and likely incurred serious damage. My service advisor (Dan Berry) and his supervisor (Ken Rutter) were excellent throughout - true professionals! More
