My 2002 S-500 that I purchased new 10 years ago, was having a problem with a battery discharge and a leaking trunk, that ultimately was found to be shorting the radio amplifier and causing the discharge having a problem with a battery discharge and a leaking trunk, that ultimately was found to be shorting the radio amplifier and causing the discharge. Theresa Cox, my service advisor, took control when I first brought the car in, and asked the shop foreman to come from the shop to review the problem with us. He arrived quickly, and went over the problem with me, at the car, in a very detailed fashion, which gave me confidence he would make every effort to find the problem in the the most economical way. Theresa stayed on top of the project, giving me periodic updates. While I had to leave the car there for an extended period, it was because they wanted to make sure the repairs were done right the first time, particularly with regard to the leaks. When I picked the car up and returned my loaner, I was stunned at how well the car had been cleaned. It looked just great, and the the repairs have proven to be done to a very high standard, and at very reasonable cost. I couldn't have been more pleased. At RBM, everyone I have had contact with the past several years I have been going there, has been totally professional, and truly interested in my satisfaction. I think Theresa Cox is particularly adept at getting to the core of a situation, and seeing that it is followed through. More

We called in the a.m. for new tires and by 2:00 in the afternoon they were on my car and balanced. They provided a car for me to drive to go back to work with no hassle. My car had 2 lights come on, one for low coolant and one for rear tail lights out. I called to make an appt and they told me I could drive it into the service lane anytime and they would check it for me. Th for rear tail lights out. The service dept opened at 7:30am so I arrived around 7:15am hoping to be the first in line. To my surprise, someone immediately came out and greeted me. I told him I realized they weren't open yet and explained what I was there for. They began working on my vehicle before they even opened! My car was fixed and back on the road in about 15 minutes! Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and seemed happy to help. Good customer service may be hard to find, but not at RBM North. They have mastered the art. THANK YOU! More

No one enjoys hearing the news that their car needs unexpected service, but RBM North provides a thorough explanation of options and timeframes, which makes you feel like you aren't being snowed. We've owned other luxury car brands previously, but Mercedes truly is the most exceptional customer service experience out there. I would recommend this dealer to anyone and everyone. More
We have been Mercedes owners, or should I say "Believers" for about a year and a half. We made the switch to Mercedes after owning/leasing 3 BMWs. From t he onset of our experience, we knew Mercedes was different. Our salesperson Reza is wonderful. He even calls me on my cell phone on my birthday! Steve and the other service providers have always been most accomodating. The dealership is spotless and filled with everything you need. They are always willing to provide a loaner vehicle to get us on our way when needed. We have been exceptionally pleased with our Mercedes experience. The vehicle is beautiful but it is the service that keeps us coming back. I have been told I am a difficult customer but at RBM North, I don't have to be because they exceed expectations the first time. I work for the country's largest insurance company so I am well ware of what it takes to provide exceptional customer service. RBM has it. Thanks for all you do. You have very happy customers!! More
I do not typically write a review of places I have worked with but in this case I am making an exception. I have had my car serviced several times at RMB of Atlanta North. It is a Mercedes dealer and while with but in this case I am making an exception. I have had my car serviced several times at RMB of Atlanta North. It is a Mercedes dealer and while I have an older Mercedes I had bought used, I was reluctant to have the service done at the dealer since I was under the impression that the staff might look at my car with less respect since it is older and bought used, and that the cost for service would be exorbitant. I have been happily mistaken on both counts. The people in the service department are delightful and so accommodating. The first time I took in the car, it was for a minor recall issue. The cost to me was zero and they did the work quickly, accommodating my schedule easily, little waiting for assistance and even washed the car when they were done. After that experience I decided to try out their regular service. Again, the people were so nice and everything was done quickly and efficiently. While any car service has gotten expensive, I was pleased that it was not in any way unreasonable and was so easy to have things done and done well that I could not have asked for more. I was even provided a complimentary vehicle to drive while my car was in overnight for service. Given the experience I have had I have been back and will continue to use this company for my car servicing and repair. Much thanks is deserved by Steve Byrd, my service advisor, and all the other people involved in the care of my car. Susan Stainback More
I rated everything a "5" (all "great") because of the following: (1) I liked the estimated quotes for both parts and labor received before I made an appointment for services; (2) "great") because of the following: (1) I liked the estimated quotes for both parts and labor received before I made an appointment for services; (2) I liked the concept of an appointment time that was honored by Mr. Byrd; (3) I liked the ready reception and directions provided by the young man who showed me exactly where to park for services needed; (4) I liked the clean, uncluttered, orderly waiting room and the "creature comforts" (coffee, water, snacks, etc.) available; (5) I liked the point-by-point reports from Mr. Byrd regarding how things were progressing for my services; (6) I liked the general "spirit of friendliness" exemplified by the staff - even those with whom I had no direct business; and, (7) I liked the "staying within quoted range" final costs for services. Joe Neeley, my service advisor is the best (friendly, always jovial) and is always willing to do what's necessary to resolve the situation. If I can only get him to give me that new 2012 S550 AMG63....LOL More
