I called the dealership this morning to get my Mercedes me app connected. Spoke to Royce on the phone, within two minutes. I had an email sent to me and within 20 minutes everything was paired and connecte me app connected. Spoke to Royce on the phone, within two minutes. Dan has always been wonderful to work with. He is professional, prompt, attentive to our needs and always willing to help in anyway he could.
