Horrible Experience When I purchased my car a month ago everything went perfect until I managed to hit a pothole and needed service (I didn’t want to go anywhere else bec When I purchased my car a month ago everything went perfect until I managed to hit a pothole and needed service (I didn’t want to go anywhere else because of my pleasant experience when purchasing). My service advisor just seemed not concerned at all with my case. I had to call a numerous amount of times to try to figure things out or even get in touch. Considering I’ve never had to get my insurance involved I was a little lost and my advisor made me feel so unimportant. When I picked up my car after RBM had it for a month and it was extremely dirty. And overall everything was just a stressful process, will definitely visit another Mercedes Benz Dealership. More

Service Experience "Over the Top"--Kendall is #1 On the afternoon (Friday) before heading out of town, my wife tells me that a "headlight out" message appeared on her car's dash board. Thinking I wi On the afternoon (Friday) before heading out of town, my wife tells me that a "headlight out" message appeared on her car's dash board. Thinking I will not be able to get that fixed before our trip, I forgot that I have the best service advisor in the world at RBM of Alpharetta.....Kendall Parks. I called him and left a voice mail, and within 10 minutes he called me back. He said, "no problem", getting you on the road tomorrow morning with a good headlight will get done!!! C'mon in and track me down he said. Within one hour, Kendall had his guys do a full light inspection, found a couple of other potential suspected bulb issues and I was a VERY satisfied customer. There aren't enough stars to rate Kendall's performance and level of service. He is a real professional! PS I think Craig Beauchamp who leads this service team is outstanding! And expects that of his team. More

Service department is a ripoff Was not happy with RBM rep. Kendall who basically wasted my time while trying to pull a wool over my eyes. I’ve stuck with Mercedes because of their s Was not happy with RBM rep. Kendall who basically wasted my time while trying to pull a wool over my eyes. I’ve stuck with Mercedes because of their service level but it seems they’re no different than Ford when trying to gouge you with bull crap. First he tells me I need to leave my car for a week without even looking at it. I’d just brought it in due to a low battery that threw everything off. Then he tells me he will wash the car as a Mercedes standard (which never happened). He comes back to tell me he spoke with the tech and they will run a FREE diagnostic. He shows me the paperwork from the diagnostic that said everything showed faulty due to previous low voltage. Now that a new battery is in, they just need to clear the faults, then he comes back to tell me that they will need to keep the vehicle because none of the faults disappeared and then comes back to say some of them cleared. What the heck? After I say no, just give me my car back I’ll take it somewhere else, he says his techs were anxious to see where the problem was. Why would it take a week for that if they were looking at it now. On top of that there’s no loaner cars so I’m supposed to w8ng it on my own while my car sits there for a week and they feed me with some outrageous price. I’m too through with Mercedes at this point and this is my third one. I’ll consider BMW or Land Rover for my next vehicle. I had more productive things to do than constantly be lied to. More
