I came in to replace a faulty battery and for my B service. As a first time owner of a C Class pre-owned car purchased in 2014 I decided to use RBM/Alpharetta to service my car in 2015 I wasn't completely satis As a first time owner of a C Class pre-owned car purchased in 2014 I decided to use RBM/Alpharetta to service my car in 2015 I wasn't completely satisfied with the service advisor who is no longer employed there. When I returned for my subsequent service Steve Byrd was assigned to be a service advisor. Lucky me. Ever since then everything has been great from the service to the friendly and professional advice afforded by Steve. I never feel pressured in making a decision about a particular service. I hope RBM/Alpharetta views Steve as a valued member of there staff. More

Steve at RBM of Alpharetta never disappoints! My appointment was for 10:00 with Steve Byrd. I was in a loaner car and on my way home in 15 minutes! Steve updated me, via text, later in the day to My appointment was for 10:00 with Steve Byrd. I was in a loaner car and on my way home in 15 minutes! Steve updated me, via text, later in the day to let me know that my car would be ready the next morning. Early the next morning he texted again to let me know when my car would be ready and that I could pick it up at my convenience. It was sparkling clean when I got there, and once again, I was on my way back home in record time. I have dealt with Steve since I bought my car 4 years ago, and I have always received excellent service. We are moving to another city in May, and I will certainly miss RBM of Alpharetta. I am glad that I was able to use them one last time. It will be interesting to see how the service department at the dealership in our new home compares. Steve Byrd and the staff at RBM of Alpharetta have certainly set the bar high! More

Over the top excellent customer experience I always call to make an appointment for service on my 2016 GLE-350, Don rarely answers the phone becuase he is with a customer, but the call goes to I always call to make an appointment for service on my 2016 GLE-350, Don rarely answers the phone becuase he is with a customer, but the call goes to his voicemail. I leave my name, phone number and service request and desired appointment time. Within an hour Don either returns my call or I receive an e-mail with my appointment set. AWESOME! I appreciate that Don does not stop working with a current customer to answer his phone. Don and the entire RBM service staff are well trained, courteous and concerned for the comfort of their guests. I love to see my name appear on the monitors when I drive into the reception area. Their Bluetooth system is programmed to recognize their customers when on the property. That is really excellent customer experience. More
