Express Service Flat Tire Two weeks ago I had a service appointment for that included a new tire on the right rear. Today, I came out of work and driving home the tire pressure Two weeks ago I had a service appointment for that included a new tire on the right rear. Today, I came out of work and driving home the tire pressure red warning flashed up and sure enought, the new right rear tire was going flat. Luckily, I was near the dealership, and drove right there at 5pm. Joseph took great care of me right away and I had a new tire on and was out the door by 5:55pm. All employees gave me a great experience in a stressful situation during rush hour no less. More

Unbeeatable Service. My brake light went out and needed to be replaced. I drove down to RBM and Mr. Joe Stieren Service Advisor was able to replace the brake light and get My brake light went out and needed to be replaced. I drove down to RBM and Mr. Joe Stieren Service Advisor was able to replace the brake light and get my SUV washed in about 30 minutes while waited and relaxed in the showroom.
