I have purchased many a vehicle from RBM and have always dealt with Reza Azizi. I would like to say a very big "Thank You" to him for all he has done for me over the years. When there was a recent issue wit dealt with Reza Azizi. I would like to say a very big "Thank You" to him for all he has done for me over the years. When there was a recent issue with my car, Reza's commitment to the problem was admirable and I highly recommend his services to anyone! Don Ratjanski, the Service Advisor, has also always been extremely helpful in every situation that I have had. The efficiency of this company far surpasses that of many! More

I would never recommend this location for car service. They do not resolve any issues. There is a person named Matthew Brown who assists me every time I come in for service, but he never resolves the prob They do not resolve any issues. There is a person named Matthew Brown who assists me every time I come in for service, but he never resolves the problems. For example, I went in because my tire pressure kept dropping, possibly due to a nail stuck in the tire. Instead of helping me fix it, he simply told me to replace the tires. So if a car has a problem that could be repaired, why suggest replacing the whole part? It’s all about making money for them. They never actually resolve the problem. Additionally, even after my car service was finished, it sat ready for almost an hour before I could pick it up, and Matthew didn’t care to inform me. I had to ask if it was ready. They really don’t care about customers, and I would never recommend this place. More

Jeff Corey in service! Lori Mohr in sales! They are the best not only in Atlanta but of all the MB dealerships we have used in the past. Jeff always gets me in and out of Lori Mohr in sales! They are the best not only in Atlanta but of all the MB dealerships we have used in the past. Jeff always gets me in and out of service super quick! And is knowledgeable about everything that my different models need. We recently added a CPO GLE and Lori had us in and out in less than an hour with all paperwork signed and complete. Wouldn’t go to any other! Thank you!! More

Absolutely the best service department in the metro Atlanta area. I was met by my service adviser, Matt Brown less than 2 minutes after arriving.
