I waited outside for him to bring the vehicle to me, as he instructed. He walked back to me and advised me that he had to jump the battery as it was dead. So, he did not prepare for my appointment at all. Even with this poor treatment, I was going to make a purchase but, Dan refused to have the mud on the carpet and matts removed and the exterior washed. In addition, there were two noticeable scratches on the vehicle. I asked if they could have them buffed out. He refused. At that point I asked him to negotiate on the price. He refused. The financing he offered wasn't what I expected for someone with my excellent Fico score. An overall less than perfect experience. I walked away. More

I bought my truck in February 2020 knowin it had a prior salvaged title. About 5 months later I noticed some major imperfections with the paint job apparently on the areas where it had been damaged. I talked to my local body shop and he suggested calling RavMotors and talking to them about the issue, cause it was quite a horrible paint job. I called and got talking with Daniil, told him what was going on, he asked me to give him a little time he wanted to talk with his manager. He emailed me and asked me to send up some pictures(I live 3 hours away from the dealership). I sent up many pictures, couple days later Daniil called me to set up a date for me to bring my truck back up and they were gonna stand behind the paint job, they had never seen this issue before. We set up the day, I made the trip to Crystal and they had a loaner vehicle ready for me to take for the week. I was so greatful and very impressed that they stood behind there work. While I had researched the dealership and the vehicle, i had no idea what risks come with rebuilt vehicles. The good news for me is that i was coming to them with ZERO credit and a co-buyer, and all the applications they submitted on my behalf were denied. NUMEROUS applications, btw. Over 2mos later i still receive occasional denial letters from various financial institutions. It's pretty unsettling, too, because after submitting all my personal info, plus all my co-buyer's info to them through their website, i never got so much as a generic 'sorry we couldn't find a lender...' after the fact. They straight up ghosted me. Annnnnd... I'm grateful! 10 days later i bought an awesome car from a real dealership with people who cared as much about getting me the most for my money as they did selling a car. More
