Best Experience I've Had Buying a Car I just bought a 2013 Mazda3 from Rav Motors and I was very pleased with the experience. The sales staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked together as a team to make sure I was taken care of. I found their low-pressure, low-key approach to be very refreshing compared to my previous experiences dealing with big box dealerships. The staff discussed my trade-in and total purchase openly in front of me (as opposed to the ridiculous "let me check with my manager" tactics used at other dealerships). All the vehicles I checked out were exceptionally clean. Tim and the staff were forthright and honest that the vehicles were prior salvage titles, and gave ample opportunity for me to have the car checked out by an independent mechanic. The process of completing the paperwork was painless and quick. After the sale, I felt great about the purchase because I was supporting a locally owned small business run by good, honest people! I will be sure to check out Rav Motors again the next time I'm in the market for a new car. More

They were knowledgeable on the car I was interested in and answered any questions I had fully. When it came time to actually purchase they were very helpful in pointing me towards a place to finance and when I came to pick up the car, they were very accommodating in doing the process quickly and smoothly (I had a time limit between work shifts). Very smooth process for a first-timer, for which I am thankful. They made the whole experience a lot less intimidating and stressful! More

Extremely Helpful, Very Friendly, and Best Prices! The team at RAV Motors are fantastic! We walked in to sell a vehicle and were approached within seconds. Right away they were friendly and got righ The team at RAV Motors are fantastic! We walked in to sell a vehicle and were approached within seconds. Right away they were friendly and got right to business. After taking the car for a test-drive they were quick to make us an offer on our vehicle. They allowed us plenty of time, and applied no pressure to sell. In fact, they even encouraged us to drive around to other dealerships to try and find a better price. They offered to stay open late while we looked and, if their price was best, to stop back in. They were definitely the highest offer and though they normally close at 7, they stayed open till the deal was done at 9! Throughout the entire process they answered all of our questions and made us feel very safe with their business. We closed the deal all within about 2 hours, and that includes the time we wasted driving to other dealerships. All in all it was absolutely fantastic. We brought our 2 month old daughter along and they were so nice to us, and her. I can't say enough good things. To sum up: They are very personable, very accommodating, and have the best prices around. I highly recommend them. More

Purchased a used vehicle I purchased a 1998 Chevy Blazer that I've had for two weeks now. I drove it the 300 miles home from Burnsville and have driven it driven it four time I purchased a 1998 Chevy Blazer that I've had for two weeks now. I drove it the 300 miles home from Burnsville and have driven it driven it four times since then. I was told by the young man that sold it to me that everything had been checked out and anything that was broken was fixed or replaced with brand new. Today when I went to drive to work, the check engine light came on, and has been staying on. The wiper motor went out on the front and back wipers. When I start the vehicle, the airbag light comes on and stays on. I haven't even received the title card yet and the vehicle is falling apart. This is my first time purchasing a car from a used car dealership and I want to warn everyone who is considering buying a car from RAV Motors to beware. They are deceitful and dishonest. When I specifically asked them if there was anything I needed to be concerned about, the young man said absolutely not. He also told me again that their mechanics went through the vehicle thoroughly and fix or replaced everything that was broken or falling apart. I expected honesty from RAV Motors, but instead I was blatantly lied to. I don't want this to happen to another honest customer. More
