My favorite thing about the business is how you don't feel pushed/ I really enjoyed my experience at this dealership (I went to the Crystal location). My favorite thing about the business is how you don't feel pushed/bombarded by employees the moment you walk in. You can look around at cars and if you have questions, you go and ask someone and they are right there to help you, answer questions, and again not be pushy. It made buying a car very lovely because I found the car I wanted and when asking questions to the employee (I first spoke with Pavel and then worked with Mark because Pavel wasn't there the next Monday) they knew everything about the car! The other thing that was nice, is when I called on Monday and Pavel wasn't there, he made sure to fully let someone know about my interest in the car and they had everything ready so I didn't have to start over with someone new. They made the process simple and easy! Such a great place to buy a car and it is AWESOME!! More
