I was approved for a car and something happened a few days later because they randomly called me and had me come in and re-sign another agreement to lower the payments which is good for me but they never explained why and that made me a little uncomfortable. The car gave me problems within days of the purchase but I took it in and they fixed what they could and I have to fix the rest i guess. I wouldn't buy used with them again, only new. More
