Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!! Like most people these days, I had put in plenty of research before coming in to test drive. As soon as I came into the dealership I met the manager (Tom) and was paired with one of the nicest salesman, Jonathan. Jonathan sat me down to ask a bunch of qualifying questions and asked me to wait while he found a car in mind. The one he brought fit my needs and wants perfectly and ended up being the vehicle I took home. There are two things that stick out most about my interaction here at Quirk Subaru. Firstly, their pricing was great. There was very little negotiation necessary to get to what I knew was a good deal. This would normally be the most important piece for most people. However, for me, what I will remember most is how this business took care of me after the sale. When I came in to test drive the car the weather outside was bad, and I mean heavy rain. Because of this I had missed inspecting the exterior of the car as good as I should have. The next day I noticed a small ding of the vehicle. Needless to say, I was not happy. I came back into the dealership to see what could be done, not expecting much. As when I came in for the first time, Tom was there to greet me when I walked in. I explained the situation and to my surprise, without any argument, Tom did what it took to make me satisfied with the purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership if your're looking for a Subaru, and make sure to ask for Jonathan!!! More
Buying experience - honest, easy, could not have been better Quirk Subaru posted a great price on their website for a 2018 Subaru Outback Limited. All of their Outbacks had great prices listed online. They also offered a great financing incentive...I checked in with other Subaru dealers as to whether they could match or do better.. The other dealers' reaction was funny. Called the offer "too good to be true", that there had to be a catch and then proceeded to say negatives things about Quirk. Negative selling is always a reflection of someone you want to avoid. Simply, there was no catch and Quirk was true to their word. George, Kristie and Greg could not have been easier or better to deal with. Everything was all above board and I would give Quirk 10 Stars if I could More
Dont go to quirk its full of jerks! The fact that the majority of the vehicles had a $3500 “discount” that required a vehicle to trade should have been a warning. We were planning on trading a vehicle and had already apraised at Long Subaru for $6500 (same as kbb and edmunds). When quirk apraised the vehicle they came back with a value of suprise suprise you guessed it a laughable $2500. At this point we should have just left immediately but thinking consumer feedback is important I tried to explain how this dishonest practice of trying to decieve the customer is the reason we would never buy a vehicle from them. The only people this practice is effective with is those that are unable to grasp simple arithmetic for the rest or us its just insulting. This got me nowhere as I was fed a bunch of nonsense about auction fees. We went to walk out as some sales manager Tom came over and repeated more of the same nosense. Realizing that we already wasted enough time we got up to leave. Tom then stated “Oh your going to walk out thats very rude I was brought up better than that”. Having your upbringing questioned infront of your mother is not what you expect while shopping for a vehicle. I escorted my mother to her vehicle as we were continued to be hounded by Tom after he was asked multiple times to please leave us alone. It was not till my mother was safely in her car and I turned to Tom looked him in they eye and told him to get the f*xx away from me did he scamper back inside. Fortunately we then went to nearby Planet Subaru and had a completely oposite experience we purchased the exact same vehicl for $3000 less than quirks offer. But more importantly we were treated like humans honest value on trade and an upfront price the salesman Joe was very helpful and super low pressure. It felt great to make the purchase from the nearest competitor to the idiots at quirk. There was barely any other customers at quirk but planet was packed this tells me my feelings about these issues are shared by most. You better believe that this experience will be shared with the Subaru Corporation as I doubt they want this behavior connected to there brand. Dont got to quirk its full of jerks! More
Great service and helpful Parts department! Went in for an emergency walk in for service. Was met with very polite service advisor concerning my vehicle and the issue at hand and he addressed my Went in for an emergency walk in for service. Was met with very polite service advisor concerning my vehicle and the issue at hand and he addressed my concern very quickly and efficiently along with the main tech who worked on the vehicle. The job took about 2-3 hours but considering I was a walk-In that was more than fine with me as long as my car got fixed. The parts department also accommodated me and answered a couple the questions I had during my visit. This was my first time here and I will definitely be back. Thank you again! More

The negotiation for the lease was fair and reasonable. What was NOT reasonable and unacceptable was the delivery timeframe for the pickup of my new leased Subaru from your dealership. I signed my lease paperwork on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 and requested pick up for Monday, March 5, 2018. Ample time (5 days) to have paperwork completed. On Wednesday, February 28, 2018, I was advised by Mr. Theodat to contact my insurance company (Liberty Mutual) so that paper work would be ready of which I did and contacted Mr. Theodat Thursday, March 1, 2018 morning at 9:00 a.m., stating mission complete. I arrived at your Subaru Dealership at 9:45 a.m. on Monday, March 5, 2018, knowing that Mr. Theodat had to proceed to RMV (even though I have vanity plates). Well Mr. Quirk I sat in your Subaru showroom for 5 1/2 hours before I even got into my new leased Forrester, of which by then I didn't even care about, it was like the joy was taken right out of Christmas. This car has a lot of bells and whistles of which Mr. Theodat was going to explain to me but after over 5 1/2 hours now, I said, "Just show me how to put the heat on." Also, during my 5 1/2 hours of sitting in your showroom reading a book (thank God I brought) not one of your employees even offered me a drop of water or a cracker! During the 5 1/2 hour timeframe, I would of expected Mr. George Valentgas (your right hand man) of whom was sitting at the desk behind the computer screen and behind a recently achieved award, to offer me water or coffee but NO! Mr. Quirk put yourself in my place, how would you feel? I will never be going back again. I purchased a car in August of 2017 at Subaru Braintree it is now February of 2018 and I am having nothing but issues with it. I own a 2015 Impreza an I purchased a car in August of 2017 at Subaru Braintree it is now February of 2018 and I am having nothing but issues with it. I own a 2015 Impreza and the day I bought it and went to pick it up I waited FOUR HOURS to finally have the car because “they were putting new EVERYTHING” on the car. Well my tires were plugged I did not receive new tires. My brakes I had to get done twice one in which I had to get towed to the dealership because they never put new brakes on. Amongst other issues I call to speak to them and all they say to me is .. “ our hands are tied we can’t help you” !! I was baffled, absolutely beside myself that they did not care at all to help in any way. For owning this car all of six months I shouldn’t be having the amount of issues that I’m having. I will never ever go back to this Subaru dealership ever again. I almost felt like I was an annoyance to them, as if they had better things to do. Therefore I’m all set, I will take my business elsewhere next time. More

Best experience I had buying a Pre-Owned Vehicle. Saw the car online. Went to dealership no funny business on the price. Johnathan made me his priority and got all the paperwork done in a timely manor, everything was so easy. But all I can say is QuirkWorks knocked it out of the park for us. Joanne started our engagement. She was very prompt, professional, and courteous. You really couldn't ask for more. Tom Sforza the Salesmanager also came through for us. We also worked with Mach to complete the deal. He was very professional, and engaging. Making sure we understood everything and crossing the t's and dotting the i's. I've been buying cars for 30 years, and this was by far my best experience yet. I look forward to doing more deals with QuirkWorks. I plan on letting Subaru of America know how pleased I was with the level of service demonstrated by Quirk works in getting us into our first Subaru. More
