I had started to look for a new VW in th Spring, but the stars did not align, and my husband and I decided to wait a bit. SO, when my husband decided the time was right for a purchase, I told him I would like to work with Quirk, since I had had such a positve experience earlier. He did a lot of research online and did get a quote from Quirk, so my friend and I went to make the deal. When we arrived, I was welcomed and taken for a test drive by Matt Choquette. He was a wonderful, sweet young man who answered all of my questions and was very helpful. As we pulled back into the parkinglot, he sked why I had chosen Quirk, and I explained my past experience with Melissa. He said that she was oon the floor that day and would I like to continue the transaction with her. I said yes, and he very generously passed me off to Melissa who had remembered me and did a great job as well. Frank Carnucci, the manager, checked my car for trade-in value and the transaction continued very smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend Quirk to a anyone looking for a new VW. The staff was knowledgeable, accomodating, cheerful and polite, and were flexible in reaching the price I was looking for. I plan on diving and enjoying my 2013 Jetta TDI wagon for quite awhile, but will return to them whenever I need a new vehicle. They were the BEST! More
