Great car buying experience! I recently visited Quirk Volkswagen in Manchester curious about the new Beetle and the Passat. I was greeted by a sales consultant Dana Rowe who was friendly and welcoming. I was immediately impressed by the level of professionalism and knowledge demonstrated throughout the whole experience I knew I had come to the right place. No games, no cheesy sales tactics just straight forward talk and honest answers about which car would be the right choice for me. Everyone involved from start to finish was a pleasure to deal with. I love my new beetle!!!! More

I made some phone calls, spoke to Brian Silvia who quickly e-mailed me a great quote. I went into the showroom and met Jeremy Lent who showed me the exact car I had described wanting. The whole experience was extremely efficient, professional, and believe it or not kinda fun! From helping me set my clock, laughing with me on the test drive, and thoroughly explaining all the paperwork Jeremy was able to exceed my expectations and make the whole buying experience beyond great! Thank you everyone at Quirk VW who helped make this hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. More
My husband and I worked with Paula Grimard and we couldn't have been more pleased!! She's extremely knowledgable and friendly and made our experience so enjoyable! First, I purchased my car here about one year ago. The sale of the car wasn't a great experience, but it wasn't bad--so I never bothered to follow up on anything. But today when coming in for service, I w sale of the car wasn't a great experience, but it wasn't bad--so I never bothered to follow up on anything. But today when coming in for service, I was insulted and embarassed. I discovered a fuel leak, and brought my car in for service before 8am. Like a fool, I figured the fuel system would be covered under the power train warranty. When I inquired, the service advisor was beyond rude. Very tersely stating "of COURSE its not covered...36k is where it stops." It was rude, but fine. Then shoving paperwork at me saying "here sign this", without ANY explanation of the itemized estimate I was signing. I had to ask exactly what was what. All with the service advisor focused on his computer screen. But the tipping point was when I sat down to wait for my ride home, when a different service employee walks in, and starts making fun of a phone call he recieved that AM, calling the caller an idiot. Thanks guys, that phone call was me. It was me with a leaking fuel tank, on my way on icy and snowy roads, to come in and use your service department--just asking what time you open. Whatever the diagnosis is, I already do not trust the honesty of these people. I will take it elsewhere for service, and I will certainly take my business elsewhere. More
I called twice. 1st time I spoke to Keith, asked him for leasing info, had to give him my phone number for him to call me back as he said they were very busy. After a few minutes, I called back, Troy answer leasing info, had to give him my phone number for him to call me back as he said they were very busy. After a few minutes, I called back, Troy answers the phone, I asked him if anyone from sales was not busy with a customer, and he stated he was in their finance dept and he could help me. After mulling over some figures with him, it turned out that they have NO cars with dual climate and lumbar support other than the CC. I told him that USA companies had them beat in that respect, Troy replies that US car makers are not better, I advised him he was wrong, he tells me VERY RUDELY, have a nice day and he hung up! I could have steered a lot of friends to Quirk for business, but after this last phone call with this kid, I think NOT.... Wow, the arrogance/obnoxiousness/DISRESPECT in that kid is beyond words. More
I needed to get a new VW and I needed some one to work with me on my lease. I Meet paula and she worked very hard for me to meet my price point. My wife and I recently purchased a new Jetta Sportswagen from Matt Bowlin at Quirk Volkswagen. We are not from the Manchester area and actually have a different Volkswagen dealer right around the corner fr from Matt Bowlin at Quirk Volkswagen. We are not from the Manchester area and actually have a different Volkswagen dealer right around the corner from our house. We just happened to be in the Manchester area and decided to see what they had to offer. Before entering the dealership, we found the vehicle we were interested in on line. Matt knew the exact vehicle that we said we were interested in and quickly had it pulled up for us. Mat and Cameron (the sales manager) made the whole transaction quick and painless, by eliminating the "back and forth" games. We enjoyed the entire process from start to finish and were surprised that we were on the road with our new car in just about an hours time. We will be back to see Matt in January for a second vehicle and will send anyone we know looking for a vehicle in to see him at Quirk Volkswagen More
My sales experience was great; minimal pressure, good selection, and a reasonable price. There was a minor blemish on my new car when I came to pick it up, the sales team and manager didn't hesitate to c selection, and a reasonable price. There was a minor blemish on my new car when I came to pick it up, the sales team and manager didn't hesitate to correct the issue rapidly. . . I have had three service appointments to date from purchasing my new ride one for a manufacturer suggested check up (cost: free), for an oil change (cost: free (included in service plan given with purchase of new car)), and the service to repair the minor blemish (cost: free, plus they gave me a loaner for the day) all times the service team was polite, knowledgeable, very low pressure, and speedy. The free wifi and coffee are a nice touch. My only complaint is they don't wash your car and/or vacuum your car with an oil change. Over all a great place to work with :-) More

I bought a brand new tdi jetta from melissa. She was great to work with,she got the price exactly where I need it to be and got me a good price for my trade in. This is my first brand new car and my fir great to work with,she got the price exactly where I need it to be and got me a good price for my trade in. This is my first brand new car and my first dealership purchase and it couldn't have been better. Melissa took the time to go over the car with me and show me how to use every feature. I would absolutely send friends and family to quirk and tell them to work with Melissa! More
