I was very disappointed with my last experience at this VW service center. The certified service manager ignored my concerns and gave me misleading information, which made me feel misled and disrespected. VW service center. Instead of addressing the issue transparently, the staff refused to take responsibility and further damaged my trust. As a loyal customer, I expected professionalism and honesty, but this experience made me question the reliability of VW. They told me to take my car and leave. This level of service is unacceptable and has seriously damaged my trust in the VW brand. More
I think I am on my 5th or 6th Volkswagen through these guys and I can’t remember any dealership as friendly, competent and thorough with some of the best customer service I have personally experienced! It’s nice to be recognized and comfortable when dealing with the same people during the life of a vehicle. No doubt I’ll see them when it’s time for a another new Volkswagen in the years to come. Pleasantly surprised with my experience here start to finish. Showed up an hour before closing, on a whim. Got the ‘new guy’ Dakota and he was great. I have used this dealer for years and have noticed the decline in service. I have purchased 2 cars from them and have had them maintained by them till recently. On my first car the service was pretty good until the end of me having it. They inform me that my car needed repair due to the oil be over filled. We I told them that they were the only one that did my oil they didn't want to hear it. Fast forward to the my 2nd car. Everything was good till getting close to my warranty expiring. The tech did a repair right before and the issues started. All of a sudden i started losing oil. I toke it back to Quirk to have it looked at. I was told these cars are know for burning oil and there is no leak. So I continued to monitor the oil filling as needed. Had a few more services with them. Then my car has an intermittent water pump failure/thermostat housing issue. I called to see about taking it in and explained what was going on and that it was urgent. The girl/lady said I can can schedule you in for 2 weeks from now. Last I used them. I contacted another VW dealer who got me in the next day. That is when I found out I had been leaking oil not burning it along with my other repairs. I guess it shows that the video's of your car during the multi point inspection and useless expect for brakes. I have used them for 10 plus years and would not recommend them to anyone. Even for the body shop. That repair needs to be redone as they used cheap repair part(china)/bad alinement and overtime the hatch is wearing away the paint on the bumper. I used to recommend them to everyone. Not any more. More

She has the south willow attitude on her back, she will hang the phone on your face. She will tell you good luck with that when you tell her you going to call the GM or Mr Quirk himself..... It get better the service manager Mr tough guy Mat told me on front he's boss and customers if you wasn't working that day I called he's girlfriend the C word he would punch me in my face and lay me out. Sounds like notnonly you're to your customers but you want the threat them too for the simple fact she was rude and hung up the phone on you..... I made an appointment to get my car looked at by Logan. Look at it inspection and oil change when it was all done I owe them $120. I only had cash on me. They would not help me out until a manager stepped in and use his credit card and I gave him the cash while this was happening. Logan took my keys and put them in my pocket I told them I did not know that you needed a credit card. I only have cash some people don’t have credit cards I guess they won’t be going here. Then some xxxxx said the signs all over the place. No there is it there is only one and it’s outside that I did not see. I saw it when I left because I was looking for the sign they claim my car which is a 2019 Volkswagen did not pass inspection which is xxxxxxxx. My clutch is not that bad and it has nothing to do with a inspection. These people are total scammers when I got in my car my car felt different. They probably did something more to my clutch . The manager that I spoke to was as rude as can be and so was I whatever you do don’t get a car here More

Stay Away - Bait and switch sales. On the phone they tell you what you want to hear to get you into the dealer, only to switch pricing. I drove out from Maine to look at a new 2019 Atlas SEL listed tell you what you want to hear to get you into the dealer, only to switch pricing. I drove out from Maine to look at a new 2019 Atlas SEL listed for $38,499. I called ahead to verify pricing and that it would work with the 0% financing. I should have know right off the bat when April sent me a text saying that she’s send me an email and saw that I had read it. Anyway, we drove nearly 2.5 hrs round trip to see this vehicle. It was what they said it was and they were pleasant to deal with. I used their trade appraiser ok their website and they appraised my vehicle for $11-$12k which is market value. So everything looked good and I asked the salesman Joel to write up the paperwork. I was shocked when the total package came back as nearly $5k more than initially the dealer had indicated. When I looked up the quote, The price of the vehicle has gone up $1300. Sales price, not dealer or doc fees. Also, my trade in was now valued at $8500. I quickly looked online and saw that the price was still $38,500. I went back to the trade tool and verified that all my information was correct and it was. So I called the salesman back and and asked for his help. He indicated that the price didn’t include 0%. I told him that I had verified that prior to driving out from Maine, and that the website didn’t stipulate that. He didn’t have a response for either item. Also, when I asked about a trade, he quickly made excuses and said that my trade was based upon 45k miles, not 85k miles. This wasn’t true at all, as I had to enter the mileage and it adjusted the price down. I sent him a picture and he didn’t have a response, he just said that it wasn’t a bait and switch. he also said that my car wasn’t in the condition stated in the trade in tool, even though he had never actually done an appraisal on the vehicle. Overall, terrible experience. Went from excited to buying the car to appalled. We’ve purchased several Audi products in the past from Audi dealers and have always had excellent and honest sales folks. We expects the same with VW, however at was not the case here. More
Excellent Customer Service !! I am from out of town and I noticed the check engine icon lit up in my console. I happened to be driving by and happy to see the dealership. I was done in less than an hour. The secondary air injection valve was stuck open and I needed a software update. Great experience ! More
