I would definitely do business with Quirk again! Quirk VW was a very pleasant experience. My salesperson Vadim Kurilko was polite, knowledgeable and pleasant to do business with. I mainly worked with Vadim, who in my opinion is a rock star...his knowledge of the cars and the way he walked me through everything simply made my situation a much easier one... To describe briefly what they had to deal with...I was upside down on my current loan by more than 50 percent and the amazing guys at Quirk VW worked out the best deal for me..This was definitely quite the challenge for these guys and they seemed to make it look effortless...I am very thankful I walked into Quirk VW... Went In To Look, Left With New GTI. My intent was to only gather information about the GTI - MK7. But after a very exhilarating test drive, my car of choice in inventory, Memorial Day incentives, it being the last day of the month, a need to purchase a car quickly, and the right price, I purchased my new GTI that same day. Vadim Kurilko brought the product expertise, while Mena Gad made the numbers work. Both were great the day I purchased, the day I picked up the car, and have since placed follow up calls to insure a happy customer experience. I recommend Quirk VW. More

Personally, this is my 2nd Quirk VW, and both of my experiences leasing here have been gr My family has leased 4 cars in the last 3 years from Quirk. Personally, this is my 2nd Quirk VW, and both of my experiences leasing here have been great. The first time around, Rachel and Jason were both friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They went above and beyond making me feel comfortable with the thorough process of leasing my Jetta ("Bennie", I called her). They took the time to get to know me, and understand my wants and needs. I never had any issues with the car over the 3 years and 53,000 miles I had her. When I was ready to lease again, Peter and Jason greeted me with smiling faces ready to help again. I thought that I was going to lease another Jetta, but when I saw a white Beetle in the showroom, I had to test drive it. I fell in love with it, and they both made the process painless. Jason went into the details and helped me understand the financial side of things, and Peter showed me everything you could ever want/need to know about the car. Peter has followed up multiple times to check-in and ensure I am comfortable in my new car, "Babs". I can't give enough praise to the staff here. I feel as though I will always be a VW person and I can't imagine taking my business anywhere other than Quirk! More

My family has bought multiple cars from this dealership because we have always been so thoroughly satisfied with our experience at this particular location. Trust me, we shopped around before ever purchasing our first car from this location and spent a lot of time exploring our various options for dealerships in the area before pursuing a car from this dealership. There is no one anywhere in the surrounding area that can offer a comparable experience to this place. The team in general at this location is incredibly honest, caring, and hard-working. Randy, the car sales associate who was working with us, was particularly great. Randy was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He attentively guided us through the entire car-buying process from start to finish and I could not have possibly asked for better customer service from him. More
Amazing experience! For this review to have the proper context, I’d like to begin by describing a bit about myself. I am the type of person who takes an hour to look over For this review to have the proper context, I’d like to begin by describing a bit about myself. I am the type of person who takes an hour to look over the menu, asks the waiter a million questions, then lays awake at night wondering if I should have gotten the chicken instead of the meatballs. So you can imagine how I expected this car buying process to go, and how little I was looking forward to it. My greatest fear was undergoing a long, torturous process, which would eat up weekend after weekend, and end up with me overpaying for the wrong car. Last Saturday, my wife and I set off with our budget in mind and an idea of the type of car we wanted. We expected this to be the start of a long process, and were just planning on test driving vehicles that day. After visiting 4 different dealerships, it seemed our nightmare was becoming a reality. While we test drove some decent cars, we hadn’t found one that seemed like a great fit. That in and of itself wasn’t a huge problem. The real issue was that, while we had made it extremely clear that all we wanted to do was test drive vehicles, we kept getting trapped with aggressive salespeople that were continuously pushing these vehicles on us, vehicles that we had already determined weren’t a perfect fit. With our spirits dampened and expectations lowered, we arrived at Quirk Volkswagen in Braintree where we were greeted by Peter Nett. Immediately, we felt a difference. By this point, I was simply exhausted of having to play the “sales game” back and forth, and the feeling of having to consider every word like I was in an FBI interrogation. Peter made all the difference. The atmosphere was much more relaxed, and my wife and I felt completely comfortable. It honestly did just feel like he was our good friend who simply came with us to help us find a car (only if our good friend knew every single detail about every car in the lot). It may not seem like a big deal, but it allowed us to take a deep breath, relax, and finally focus all our attention on the cars. Just like before, we test drove a vehicle. We immediately noticed the VW quality when getting behind the wheel, especially compared to the other dealerships we had visited earlier in the day, but the car still didn’t feel like it was perfect for us. Looking back on everything now, I feel like this was the biggest moment of our whole experience. When we had reached this point at every other dealership, the salesperson would try to wave away our concerns and just keep jackhammering away with “But the car has this! The car has that! You’re gonna love this! You’re gonna love that!” Instead of trying to convince us this was the car we wanted, Peter was the only one who actually took the time to find out and hear us out on why we needed a car and what we were looking for out of a vehicle. Instead of just talking, he took the time to listen. After he listened, he simply asked us to test drive a different vehicle: the right vehicle. And that was that. My wife and I immediately fell in love with the car, and we both knew our search was over. Each and every step from that point on, till the keys were in our hands, was just as easy and painless. I, the man who takes an hour to pick his menu item, felt so comfortable that I was able to sign for the car in that one day. There is nothing else to really say. My wife and I are now proud new owners of a 2015 Jetta GLI, and we could not be happier! There is nothing that replaces the feeling of being excited about your new car, and the best part is – we got a FANTASTIC deal that was WELL within our budget. Honestly, I feel like we got lucky by having such an awesome experience buying a car. But you don’t have to be lucky to have the same experience. All you have to do is go to Quirk Volkswagen in Braintree and ask for Peter. More
Harassing customer for not giving sales guy a good survey I came in and leased a new Jetta from Michael Kingsley, who may be the most incompetent sales person I have ever come across, cars or otherwise. First he botched the lease paperwork 3 separate times. Then when I came to pick up the car I sat in the dealership for 40 minutes while he walked past me 5 or six times without even acknowledging the fact I cam to pick up the car he sold me the day before. After I left he started texting me about a survey for him to make extra money off of the deal - I told him I would fill it out, but that I was traveling oversees for 2 weeks. When I returned I had 10 messages from him on the last day of the month asking where the survey was so he could get paid. Upon completing the survey and giving him an 8/10, which was generous at best, he sent a text message asking why I even bothered filling out the survey if I didn't give him a perfect score and it was my fault he didn't get paid for the deal. xxx this guy is a complete imbecile. I called him and rather than apologizing he said it wasn't his fault and he should have gotten a good survey. Literally the most maddening worst customer service experience ever here, I would not recommend purchasing a car here ever, unless you know sleazy salespeople are your thing. More
