He came into Quirk on his day off to ensure that I was able to get my car and that was huge. Jason was very accommodating when negotiating and discussing my finances. Tommy was wonderful and very supportive when making sure that all of my paperwork was in and expedited that process. First time car buying or leasing can be overwhelming. I would definitely recommend doing your research, creating a budget for yourself and going into a car dealership with an experienced car buyer. It didn't take me that long to realize that all dealerships follow the same kind of prompt. They all first want to know if you're financing or leasing, how much money are you putting down and so on and so forth. So I walked into Quirk expecting the same kind of treatment. Wrong! I was assisted by Matt and right off the bat I knew these guys do business in a completely different way. They first want to connect with their clients before talking about money. It shocked me because you won't see that anywhere else. They never pressure me on buying right away nor gave me the speech of "there're multiple people interested in this car, if you don't get it now you'll be missing on a great deal" kind of talk. Xavier the sales manager took the time to walk me through the buying process, and I have to say I feel I got a bargain like no other. Even until today I can't believe they sold me the car for that much less. The entire process took me over a month and a half to complete because my bank kept giving me a hard time. Thankful Ken the fiance manager was able to find me a better financial institution with better rate and less hassle. I really mean it when I say these guys are amazing. They were super patient with me while dealing with my bank (like I said over a month and a half) and they never turned me away nor treated me differently. They were always willing to help me find the best deal but most importantly the best car. This guys not only earned my business but my loyalty too. Thank you. More

My first experience was the major selling point for my return, and I was not disappointed as it was another great experience. Buying a car is never "fun"...it is a process. However, dealing with the Quirk team helps make the process more enjoyable. I was never pressured, you don't feel like you’re being taken advantage of, and they treat you with respect. From when I walked in (for which they remembered me after three years), to when I drove away in my new lease, they provide an excellent personal touch that I have not found at other dealerships historically. Do you still have to negotiate, yes...but that is part of buying a car. When dealing with and negotiating with the Quirk team, at the end I feel like I reach a fair price. And…walking away from negotiating a car price with a good feeling is in my opinion…a rarity. Come equipped with knowledge/data on what you are looking for, a FAIR price target in mind, and it will be a productive process. Let’s not forget it’s a business, asking for an unrealistic price reduction will not yield results and you will leave thinking folks don’t want to work with you. Come with a plan, a fair number, and stick to that number. More
