I rated the service department a 5 on all counts except price. Let's face it, dealer service comes at a premium. Labor and some mark-ups can be high. I bought wear and tear items - e.g., tires, batteries - elsewhere. But for oil changes, seasonal & maintenance service and all warranty work it's Quirk. The service staff is efficient and friendly. I usually get Patrick Foley and he's been excellent. He's knowledgable about VW and honest. He explains options and doesn't try to sell unnecessary services. Passats are unique (quirky?) and I'd never trust my car to a general mechanic. The technicians at Quirk are experts and have always fixed any issues right the first time. I highly recommend them.
