No hassle, No rush and a Great Bargain I recently visited a number of dealerships in an effort to purchase a new car. I had something very specific in mind from the start. I wasn't looking I recently visited a number of dealerships in an effort to purchase a new car. I had something very specific in mind from the start. I wasn't looking for a particular make or model, but I was searching for a vehicle that would meet a specific set of criteria. Part of that criteria was something with a manual transmission, which is becoming harder and harder to find these days. I did eventually find not only exactly what I was looking for, but they seemed to one up my expectations at the Quirk Pre-Owned dealership. I looked at a ton of cars in the passed week and this was just better in every regard than anything else I had seen, including price. I encountered a variety of different sales people during my endeavors. I won't name names but I encountered the gamut, as far as sales people go. Everything from the characteristically over zealous type witch we have all come to dread, and as unusual as this may sound, some didn't even seem interested in selling any thing at all. I was completely perplexed by the later. Jason, the sales rep at Quirk, was however very much in that happy medium we all hope to encounter when we're shopping for anything. He was helpful and on point without ever making me feel pressured to buy something. He also didn't show me anything that wasn't in the realm of what I actually wanted, which I've had sales people do and I find very annoying. I felt that Jason really understood what I was looking for and showed me appropriate stock in that regards. I went to their lot twice before deciding on my purchase and all my interactions with Jason and the rest of the Quirk Pre-Owned staff were very pleasant. A number of them even stayed over an hour passed closing so I could finalize my purchase that day, and these aren't all people who work off commission. It was unnecessary but much appreciated on my behalf. The only negative part of my experience was that they didn't do a great job cleaning the car after I purchased it. It was detailed but not as thoroughly as it should have been. More
