I bought a car in April of last year and have had nothing but problems with it since I drove it off the lot. I was told that the car had 4 brand new tires on it and I had to buy new tires for the car within but problems with it since I drove it off the lot. I was told that the car had 4 brand new tires on it and I had to buy new tires for the car within 2 months of having it. when I took the car in to have the tries replaced I was told that the tires were the ORIGINAL FACTORY TIRES and not new ones as I had been told. (The car is a 2006). I brought the car in 6 weeks after I purchased it and they kept it for 5 days because they had no idea what was causing the clunking noise whenever I made a 3-point turn or a hard turn in either direction. It turns out that it was a single bearing and it has been in the shop 2 more times for the same issue and it will be going in again for a 4th time for bearings. I don't like being lied to and I have been lied to and pressured to buy a new car everytime I drive into the lot. BUY A NEW CAR FROM QUIRK? Not in this lifetime. What they should have done was given me a new car st the same price and applied what I have paid on the piece of S*** I have now toward the new car. Don't buy a car from Quirk ever. If I knew then what I know now, from my own experiences and other people I've talked to, I would never have driven into the dealership. More
This is the first time in 40 years of car buying that I could describe the process as enjoyable. The sales associate with whom I worked was tremendouly helpful, describing the various options and packages could describe the process as enjoyable. The sales associate with whom I worked was tremendouly helpful, describing the various options and packages available for the new Altima. He helped me "build" the car I was seeking, without adding extras, and I was able to get exactly what I wanted (I couldn't believe the huge inventory) at a great price. Kudos to Mr. Watson and Quirk. In addition, last line of email stated, "there is ALSO [emphasis added] an IRS Tax Credit of $2,350 when you purchase an Altima Hybrid." >Dealer made follow up call. I asked if there was a doc fee or other dealer fees. Of course there was an additional undisclosed doc fee of $299. No biggie, all the dealers "forget" to include this in the price. >Next I emailed dealer asking if he could do $18,400 (plus the doc fee). >Copy of his reply, "I spoke to my General Manager about your offer, and he said that if you come in to do the deal with us, I might be able to do a little better. You'd have to twist my arm to make it happen, but I'm willing to work with you. We're here until 9pm tonight. When can you make it in??" >06/09/10-As a result I went to the dealership expecting to sign a deal for between $18,400 and $18,688 (plus the doc fee and of course, MA sales tax/title/registration) and make a deposit. I get to the dealer and low and behold the QUIRK SPECIAL PRICE OF $18,688 has now turned into $18,688 PLUS $2,350, the tax credit I may or may not get on my federal tax return depending on my tax situation at the end of 2010 for a new "SPECIAL PRICE of $21,038. Reminding them of what their offer said I asked them if they were kidding, showed the email and read it word for word. Sales Mgr acknowledged what it said, but simply said it was a misunderstanding and no way were they going to lose money on the sale. I advised I would not pay more than the promised price, the email was not ambiguous and would be reporting their fraud to BBB, Commonwealth of MA and any dealer review forums available. >That same evening I went to another dealer I had contacted previously who sold me the identical car for $19,388 and I took delivery on 06/12/10. >Quirk emailed me today with new "SPECIAL PRICE" OF $19,999. I responded I purchased elsewhere for $19,388 and that they should reimburse me for the extra $700 I paid over their promised price. I'm not holding my breath. >So, even if you have it in writing, don't expect Quirk Nissan to honor their prices. Also, if you hate intimidating dealerships you will want to avoid them as well. Fancy new facility on 600 Southern Artery in Quincy, big as an airplane hanger with 30 ft. high ceilings and the 2011 GT-R $85,000 sports model on the floor as you walk in-all roped off as if the "common" person vehicle shopping is not even good enough to open its door. Finally, I was there on a Wed. around 1PM. Not a popular time for shoppers. I was the only customer around, but there were at least 8 salesmen in full suits (not to mention additional managers). They were all circling like turkey vultures as I drove in the parking lot. One broke away from the pack with me looking like turkey dinner until I gave him the name of the Internet Sales Mgr I was there to see. Very polite, they all followed into the showroom and began looking out the massive windows for their next prey. Bob R. More

I have known Quirk Nissan for 10 years and myself perchased 2 Nissans from them. They always beat other dealers prices as they have the largest inventory in Mass. But beside of price they also apply perchased 2 Nissans from them. They always beat other dealers prices as they have the largest inventory in Mass. But beside of price they also apply minimum push on their customers. I have never feeled pressured into buying at Quirk - this is very important for me to feel I make my desision with enough time and considerations. Special thanks to Keith Krepon - the sales person I dealt with. He demonstrated a respectful and intelligent way of selling cars (not quite common among car dealers). More

I have been going to this dealership for over 4 years (2 different cars). It is always a pleasant experience. I always go see Dave, I even call ahead to make sure he will be working. I have only dealt with different cars). It is always a pleasant experience. I always go see Dave, I even call ahead to make sure he will be working. I have only dealt with the parts department on one occasion, but the young girl that helped me was great and made ordering my parts easy. I will always return there for service and will definitely start there when it is time to buy my next Nissan. More
My first contact with Keith Morin was through the internet after requesting a price quote. I told him I wanted a solid number not something vague like I was getting from other dealership internet dep internet after requesting a price quote. I told him I wanted a solid number not something vague like I was getting from other dealership internet dept. By coming back with a real number he earned my buisness and the number he gave beat everyone else. Armed with all my e-mails we sent back and forth to each other I went down there expecting the "ohh, sorry you don't qualify for that rebate" and the number changing. I didn't. Not only did I get the best price on my new Maxima, but I got the best price for my trade-in. There was no of that hard sell manager coming over to put pressure on stuff. All the staff was polite and friendly the sales manager stopped in just to thank us for our business and make a joke at Keith's expense. I would definately recomend Both Keith Morin and Quirk Nissan.
