After reading some reviews on different sites i was reluctant to visit this enormous dealership.Some of the reviews made it seem like if you were not purchasing an expensive new vehicle that they didnt reluctant to visit this enormous dealership.Some of the reviews made it seem like if you were not purchasing an expensive new vehicle that they didnt want to help,and its a bit intimidating when driving up (due to the size).I can tell everyone the this is not the case, i was greeted upon entering i was directed to the internet salesmanager who i had emailed about a few cars,he talked to me breifly and got me a salesman. the salesmas name was Adrew Resende-Gomes he asked what i was looking for and i told him what i wanted and what i wanted to spend.we test drove ,we went back n fourthbout a few vehicles,he knew i wanted to leave because i didnt think we could come close to the price i wanted to pay,at this point he brought over Paul Butts hes ithe general manager of the entire place.Paul asked me about the info i had brought with me,i had done a lot of research.I told him about a few prices i had seen at other dealers,he assured me that i would pay much more than the listed price at the other dealer,which i already knew but was willing to search for weeks till i found what i needed.At this point Paul asked me what i wanted,which was an 07 MURANO with under 40kmiles and for less than $19,000 ,He told me that they had recentley purchased a white Murano with 29,000 miles on it,it was an 07 and had a clean car fax... i was skeptical but said i would drive it ,inspectit and look at car fax,Andrew and i drove to an offsite about 5 mins away and he allowed me todrive the vehicle back,alone.After the testdrive i was pretty much sold ,if they had anything to hide i doubt i would have been allowed to be alone in the vehicle for that long. We arrived back and carfax was waiting for me ,everything checked out.At this point i had been there over 3 hours and i was impressed with Andrews patience and proffesionalism. I asked for the price again and to my surprise it was what Pual said it would be 18,900. I thend delt with Wilfredo Bermudez the finance coordinator and he was a pleasure to deal with .He was super outgoing and gave me many warranty options and got me exactly what i wanted for payments.. Look its a business and they are theor to make money,i am in sales and i understand the service and profit side.As consumers we cant expect a dealer to lie down and give away cars ,we have to research everything and be ready to say noif its not what we want,the guys did try and upsell but they also rfused to lose me as a customer over money. I would recommend this dealer to anyone,Anrew is an unbelievable salesman,he will work with you until there are no more options and then he will find one more..The general manager Pual,well he said it " i dont want to lose your business over a price" and he didnt.Wilfredo justmade mefeel at home and was great. this is my first and hopefully not my last purchase from Quirk Nissan and especially MIKE JOSEPH ! A friend of mine who made a purchase there recomended Quirk Nissan and to buy a Rouge 360 series and from o Quirk Nissan and especially MIKE JOSEPH ! I walked in at 10am this morning and and at 12 noon I was driving my new Nissan Rouge home but it was really Mike and an awesome team of experts who were not only professionals but treated me life a friend and who truely wanted my bussiness and made sure every detail was taken care of and there was no pressure at all REALLY. I visited Quirk Nissan just to see what they had out there and without any intentional of buying a car. I had to admit that Quirk is a really large dealer with a huge of car selections and can easily m there and without any intentional of buying a car. I left happily with the Nissan Altima with just the way I want: nice color, affordable price, sun roof, leather and heated seats... I could not ask for more of a car that does everything I need. I would highly recommend this dealer to any people that I know. More
Going into Quirk Nissan, Mike Morris was the first salesman I had met. He was genuinely nice and really cared alot about getting me the best deal possible. Jay Li was awesome! We came in looking for a Rogue S Krom model, which no one in this region seemed to have, and Quirk Nissan had 2 of them. We had been trying to decide between a Subaru and the CRV, a Krom model, which no one in this region seemed to have, and Quirk Nissan had 2 of them. We had been trying to decide between a Subaru and the CRV, and after Jay explained to us with a side by side comparison of the 3 different models, not to mention the styling of the Krom edition had us sold. We were offered a great trade in value(much higher than I had originally expected), and we didn't have to deal with the typical hassle associated with buying a car. We drove all the way from Springfield, MA after we received an email from the Internet Manager that they had the Krom model in stock. We were skeptical at first, but we drove exactly what was sent to us, and overall, we are very pleased with our purchase. I wish Jay much success at Quirk Nissan. More
Quirk Nissan is an excellent dealership. I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted, and I came out well informed, and with several choices in mind. By far the hero of Quirk nissan has to be their sales professional(as I say PROFESSIONAL) is KEITH KREPON. I was told to see him to buy my new Nissan, and boy were they right. I had gone to Quirk Nissan in the past and had been greeted by very unprofessional sales guys and tended to go else were. Knowing they had the car I wanted i was weary to walk in this dealer. When KEITH greeted me he was just amazing got me in my car payed less than sticker made me feel so comfortable(offered drinks a snack ect..)Never once pressured me. KOODOS to you KEITH KREPON GREAT JOB! I'll be back. also sent friend and they also had an easy time with KEITH,matter enfact they called me and said he was there new HERO! I was looking for a new car but I didn't know what to buy, I just wanted to find the one I love. I had gone to several dealerships before I went to Quirk Nissan in Quincy so I was able to compare them. I buy, I just wanted to find the one I love. I was happy with this dealership, and especially with Mike Morris because he was not pushy, he was calm and he understood that I only wanted to look at cars, I wasn't there to buy yet (which was during my first visit; I purchased my 2010 Nissan Versa Hatchback in Red Alert during my second visit there). He was friendly, he answered all questions I had (and I had a lot of them), and he smiled like he meant it, he didn't have that forced smile of every other salesman. When I told him that I would be back to look more and find out about the pricing, etc., he was fine with it, he didn't try calling me the next day, he didn't demand on me coming back. And I think that that's what people want. They don't want to be bothered (which I was by every other dealership I went to). So thank you for being normal, Mike! More
