Prior to going to Quirk of Nissan I hated and was anxious about Dealerships. I never liked the way I felt walking through the door (always felt like I was attacked). Quirk of Nissan changed the way I feel about dealers / sales rep. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly , helpful, patient, and most importantly NOT pushy with me.. I walked in not expecting to make a sale and leave with a brand new car , and I ended up leaving my trade in and driving home the same day in the BRAND NEW NISSAN ROGUE.. I LOVE MY NEW SUV and I am very HAPPY to have purchased it from Nissan from Quincy, and would definitely recommend them to anyone else ! Debra More

By far the BEST car buying experience I have had. After deciding that it was a new Murano we wanted to buy I made a few phone calls to dealers with basic questions. All but Quirk (Wilfredo took initial call) played usual games and gave runaround to questions. Wilfredo was pleasant, straight forward and polite. Told me he had 2 cars on the lot that fit my criteria and to please come on down. Upon arrival and asking for Wilfredo I was told Yaw would be helping me. He could not have been more efficient with meeting our needs. After negotiating a bit he brought Ramy over. Expecting the usual sales tactics, I was pleasantly surprised at Ramy's professionalism. It took a while to get to where we wanted to be price wise but both he and Yaw were polite and did not once try any of the usual insulting sales tactics. I will be honest it was approaching 9PM, they were closing and I would not have needed much of an excuse to get up and leave. We got a very fair price on our trade as well as good value on our purchase. Yaw did a wonderful job delivering the car and was very knowledgeable. From start to finish including approval process (wish I knew finance persons name) these guys and dealership deserve an A+++. I would highly (and have already) recommend Quirk, Yaw, and Ramy to anyone considering a new vehicle purchase. More
This was our first visit to Quirk Nissan, and the process went smoothly and professionally from start to finish. I work in technical sales myself, so I'm pretty familiar with sales techniques for big-ticket items. At no time during our entire transaction did I ever get the feeling that I was being unnecessarily upsold or pushed in any direction. Mike listened closely to what we said we wanted, and ultimately guided us to a vehicle that perfectly fit our needs. We complicated things slightly by trading in two other vehicles, but even that process went quickly and smoothly. Our finance person, Wilfredo, was also helpful, and guided us both towards and away from various maintenance and warranty options - again, based on listening to our needs, how long we were likely to keep the vehicle, etc. Overall, a very easy and positive experience - one of the better car-buying experiences either one of us has had. I should mention also that we are very particular about merchants we do business with and how we are treated - we've walked out of car dealerships within minutes in the past (including a different Quirk dealership several years ago) if we didn't feel we were being treated respectfully and professionally. We'd definitely recommend Mike and Quirk Nissan. More

Yaw has been my salesman for all my recent Nissan purchases. I believe that the price at Quirk, and the quote I receive from Yaw, to be the lowest. Because I trust that I am getting a fair price, I purchases. I believe that the price at Quirk, and the quote I receive from Yaw, to be the lowest. Because I trust that I am getting a fair price, I find no reason to travel to another dealership. I have called Yaw numerous times for assistance prior to and after the sale. He has always been very helpful. He even came in on his day off, when we wanted to pick up the car on that day. He also arranged to have someone help us with the plates and sticker prior to him arriving (Because of church commitments, Yaw could not be present until sundown). More

Go see Yaw and Rami at Quirk Nissan! I just bought a 2011 Xterra from Yaw and had a great experience. Yaw was friendly and knowledgable and was not pushy at all. Once I found the vehicle I wanted Yaw and Rami worked with me to get a great trade in value for my Chevy and an affordable payment for the Xterra. Negotiation was not a hassle at all, they were straightforward and really friendly. Yaw even came in on his day off to finalize the sale at at time that worked for me! He also took time to show me all the vehicle's features before I drove it off the lot. I highly recommend Yaw and Rami at Quirk. More

Jay really helped pulled the numbers together and worked base on the customer's perspective and budget. There was a good selection of vehicles to choose from. Cons: My experience with the Finance dept was a little bit on the opposite side. They say that Finance will look into all revenue to help get you the least APR available but on my visit I was offered a higher APR then the one posted on the internet. I had to do a refinance the next day and was charged with a $50 fee. If Finance had did their job right I wouldn't have to go back (half day off work) and also pay the $50 fee. More
