My Husband and I have spent the last 3 months searching internet sites and driving all over the state looking for a car for our 22 year old son. It has been a very frustrating process. My son is a Field Service Technican and will be a first time father in July.He needed a car that was good on gas and safe for a family. We have looked at every kind of car from used to used certified and never thought he would be able to afford a new car. We decided on the Nissan Versa because of what we had read on Edmunds.com and Consumer Reports. We had been to almost every Nissan Dealer in the State, we live in Falmouth Ma. Most of the other dealerships would tell us they had what we were looking for, but when we arrived the Versa they said they had was not available, but a much more expensive one was. When we walked into the Quirk Nissan Dealership we were so impressed by the whole experience. Rich Melville our Salesman was so knowledgeable and never made us feel pressured to purchase something we could not afford. I know we were probably buying one of the least expensive cars at the dealership but he made us feel we were buying the most expensive one. All of the employees their we so kind, from the gentleman helping us with the financing, the guys in the back who detailed the car, to Ashley in the office who helped to get all our paperwork in, the service department who we were introduced to, We couldn't have been Happier!!!I must say the happiest moment was the smile on my son's face when he drove off in his Brand New Versa(He never thought we would find one in his price range!!!) As his mother I had tears in my eye's!!! Thanks Again Quirk Nissan, I would recommend you to anyone that wants a great car,great service at an awesome price. More
This was my third time going to Quirk for a car, and it was definitely my best experience yet. Part of it is because I was much more aware of what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay, but part of it was was definitely my best experience yet. Part of it is because I was much more aware of what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay, but part of it was because of working with Gina. She's only been there a few months, but she was more helpful than the first salesman I worked with who was an "experienced" salesman (he is no longer employed there). Throughout the entire experience, Gina kept checking in with me to make sure she was showing me what I wanted and also that she was communicating my needs to her manager. I appreciated that especially since I was very particular about the price and necessities in the car. Despite how firm I was in my negotiations, Gina and her manager both were extremely friendly and personable throughout the whole thing. In the 3 1/2 hours that we were there, we never felt abandoned. Even a salesman who wasn't helping us, brought over a balloon for our daughter who was patiently waiting for the whole thing to be over. In the end, I walked out with a great car at a much better price than I was currently paying. Happy to give this dealership my business. More
I have always enjoyed dealing with the Quirk Group. Their huge inventory translates into great pricing. My local dealer didn't even have any Nissan Jukes in stock. I also like the fact that there is now high pressure sales. Local dealer was pressuring me to buy, and they didn't even have any of the cars I wanted... go figure. I was in and out in a matter of a few hours. That included browsing, test driving and finalizing the deal. A great bunch of people and I would recommend anyone in the market for a new car should check them out. Worth the drive for me. More
Rohimi was extremely helpful w/the purchase of my new Nissan Maxima. He worked to find me the exact car I wanted and patiently spent over 2 hours with me answering my questions, going out on a test drive Nissan Maxima. When I picked up the car the next day, Rohimi spent an additional 1/2 hour reviewing the features of the vehicle with me and making sure I was comfortable with how to operate everything before I drove off the lot. Quirk Nissan should be proud to have an employee like Rohimi working for them. More

We enjoyed dealing with Yaw to lease our new Altima. It was a good experience. He was customer focused and picked us up himself when our Altima was ready. On the other hand, we thought that the leasing deals advertised online (boston.com) were misleading. The Altimas were listed as being available for $89/month. But the advertisements do not describe properly the conditions under which such deals are available. We like the price at which we got our Altima. We did not expect that we would have gotten it for $89/month, but still, the advertisements should be more realistic. More
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! (04/2011) I went into this dealership because I was quoted a very good price on a new 2010 leftover nissan murano of 31,250!! in le trim (top of the line with no nav). I was told they had one left i rushed down drove it and fell in love with it. I told the salesperson I would call them back within the next few hours and give them an answer. Well i called back and asked to put a deposit on the vehicle, I was told that they just took a deposit and the car was gone. Now mind you that it was a rainy day the car had sat there since 2010 and within a 2 hour window somebody came in and put a deposit on that same car??? I smelled a rat, so I made up an email address and had a female freind of mine call the dealership the next day. Sure enough they still had 1 2010 murano left but now the price went from $31,250 to $33,999. The next day i went back and confronted the store manager Mr. Butts, who was a complete jerk!! I told him that not only was the vehicle I looked at still there but there was also another 2010 murano there. Bear in mind that I was told that there were no 2010 LE muranos left at all. When i asked the guy to show me something that says he took a deposit on this murano yesterday, he told me to "pound sand" I exchanged heated comments with Mr. Butts and walked out. THESE GUYS ARE TOTAL SCUMBAGS!! and they use typical bait and switch tactics that give salespersons and dealerships a BAD name!!! I would have purchased my first Nissan but instead i got another Honda. On a more positive note, I went to herb chambers honda In burlington and had a wonderful experience. The staff was professional very helpful and completely opposite to Quirk Nissan. If you are in the market for a Honda, go to Herb Chambers in burlington and ask for Khalid both he and the dealership were great!!! More

Quirk has always offered walk-in service. I much rather this then being held to an appointment. The wait for service is reasonable and if there is an problem discovered with the vehicle, they let me know r this then being held to an appointment.
