I worked with Guy on purchasing my used 2010 Pathfinder, He was not over aggressive, made me feel comfortable let me know all the options before even introducing me to the manager. I did some shopping around before visiting Quirk Nissan. They were by far the most upfront and honest dealership I dealt with. Once we completed the sale, the Manager Jerry Dao came over to thank us for our business, I thought that was a nice touch. My wife and I visited Quirk Nissan last month for the first time. I was due for a new car as I had been having issues with my older Sentra. Sean was friendly, appreciative of our time and handled the entire negotiation process in a very professional manner, which was something I was not used to when purchasing a car. This is by far the best sales purchase experience I have ever had. I will recommend Quirk Nissan and especially Sean Buckley to anyone looking for a car. Sean went above and beyond to meet all of our needs. My wife was also involved in the purchase of our new vehicle and she had a lot of questions. Sean was very patient with her and explained everything in a way she would understand. I am very thankful to him for making it all seem so easy. I will continue to purchase my future cars from Sean Buckley and will refer all of my family and friends to him. More
Wrong practices and innadecuate prosidures . I went to make a trade in and the sales person Michael m. Morris used tactics that made me lost my good credit and never added to the new purchased. I call that fraud! This dealership is very dishonest stay away from here. Mayor part of the contract they have it! They just hide it from me . They keep it and I dont have it. Please do not make any move with this dealer. STAY AWAY! More
I just leased my third Nissan from Quirk. This was the second time that I worked with Rotimi in the Sales Dept. I highly recommend him and will continue to lease through him. In instances where he has thought the programs Nissan were running weren't the best deal I could get he would advise me to wait and contact me when there was something better. My experience with him and the cars he puts me in ALWAYS exceed my expectations. He provides excellent customer service, availability, and even calls me on my birthday! Do yourself a favor and go see Rotimi for your next car! More
On Saturday, 9/29/2012, I approached a salesperson at Quirk Nissan in Quincy, MA, with the intention of purchasing a new vehicle. After test driving a few cars and listening to the sales pitch, I went in Quirk Nissan in Quincy, MA, with the intention of purchasing a new vehicle. After test driving a few cars and listening to the sales pitch, I went inside with the salesperson in order to work out a deal. At no point was a deal ever made, and no agreement had been reached. At one point, the salesperson asked me to give him a credit or debit card in order to check something with his financing team. After the salesperson walked away with my debit card, I received a phone call from a friend suggesting I go to a different dealership to test drive some other cars. Upon the salesperson's return, I informed him that I was going to see what the other dealership had to offer, and that I might be back. I asked for my debit card back, to which the salesperson claimed he "could not find it." The salesperson then went back to the General Manager and Financing team to look for the card he had "misplaced." After thirty minutes of searching, the card did not turn up, at which point the salesperson recommended I call my bank and cancel the card, which I did. I can not help but think that this was a sales tactic in order to keep me from leaving the dealership, and, in the end, caused me to be unable to get money/pay for anything for the next few days until the banks were open and/or my new card arrives. I feel as if I was taken advantage of in this situation and, having spoken to the General Manager and asked him how he planned to resolve this issue, I received no resolution, or even a suggestion as to how one could be reached. In fact, the entire situation seemed to be a joke to all the other employees, which also leads me to believe I am not the first person this has happened to. My weekend that I had set aside in order to purchase a car, which I desperately need, was ruined by the tactics used by this business. Furthermore, I did not have much cash in my pocket, and now I had lost my debit/ATM card, and was put in a very uncomfortable situation for the next few days. More
