(I think most people enter a car dealership & anticipate the typical car salesman personality that immediately puts us at UNease ...) Dealing with Phil is not like that at all! He is very respectful of me, my time and what I’m looking / my budget. We conversed prior to my coming in this time and he even had both cars ready & warmed up to test drive when I got there! I picked up the car a few days later (due to MY schedule issues, not theirs) and he took ample time to go through all of the new technology features my new CX-3 offers. Feeling valued as a customer is key! I live & work closer to 2 other Mazda dealerships but as long as Phil is there, I will drive to Quincy. I don't know if I would describe this car a "fun" to drive, but it is a pleasure to drive. I am somewhat of an aggressive driver and I like the curves in a road. This vehicle does not disappoint. My salesman was Phil. I had just signed the paperwork when he suggested that I lease the car since the car I traded had less than 10,000 miles after two years. we discussed the terms and such and I decided to lease the car after all. I had been trading my cars in every other year so it made sense. I also deposited a fat check into my account as I had quite a bit of equity in my trade-in. So far, so good. More
