I went to Quirk to see what kind of deals they had on used CX9's. I dont fancy shopping of any kind so I wasnt exactly thrilled to go car hunting, but to my surprise, I had a really good experience. He answered all of my questions very directly and honestly, and really worked with the finance guys to make sure I walked out of there with the car I wanted and payments I could afford. Overall, I had an excellent experience with Kurt and the rest of the folks at Quirk and I would definitely recommend the dealership and Kurt to anyone. More

I am 67 years old and have bought a number of new cars over the years. This was my best experience. With limited time I emailed 5 Mazda dealers in Massachusetts asking for their best quotes on s specific over the years. This was my best experience. The other 3 that responeded gave me high ball quotes. They all wanted to lower their prices when I told them I was going with someone else. Dennis Werkheiser was prompt and very accomodating when I asked for additional data. I agreed to buy the car, subject to a test drive. Dennis was away the day I went to the showroom and he arranged for me to work with Lou Villirilli. He was terrific. He cemented the deal. He carefully took me through finance options, extended warrantees etc. He also carefully showed me all the features of my new CX-9. These 2 guys were terrific. I would recommend this dealeship and these two men to anyone. More

I had a little problem with brake dust on the alloy wheels, a tech named Ryan wiped them down and explained why this happens. I had a Mazda 626 for 10 years and felt secure in purchasing this one. I accompanied him to Quirk where we met with Niman Liu and Mike Luu. Negotiations were hassle free and they certainly made the purchasing process very easy. We got the impression that they actually enjoyed their job and that they cared about their customers. We walked away feeling that not only did we get a fairly priced car but we also had the backing of a reputable and stable dealership. We would definitely recommend Niman and Mike to any of our family or friends considering a car purchase in the future. More

Niman showed me how to get my insurance online through Progressive and I was driving away in my new Mazda 3 in an hour and a half. More

4/18/2011 I signed to a new lease CX-9. I have been on the market to buy or lease for about six month now. I lived in Milton so I visisted the Norwood Mazda a few times. This showroom is always busy and just never had time to talk to us. I deceided to look for another dealer and Quincy was my choice. I do not know Quincy at all but when I called I was given good directions and when I arrived I was quickly approched by Lou Villirilli. He was very attentive and most of all very nice to my 3 kids. Once we came to agree to a comfortable amount the deal was done quick and proffessional. Lou Villirilli was very corteous and knew what he was doing at all times.
