From beginning to the end Phil was very professional. He went at my pace and was careful to listen to what was important to me. We had a great experience working with Kevin and Ray. All wheel drive was a must for us, which shortens the list of reasonably priced cars. My experience purchasing a new car has been a daunting ordeal with all of the things that one must consider. Of all the dealerships I visited, I have to say there was a very big difference between Quirk M ordeal with all of the things that one must consider. Of all the dealerships I visited, I have to say there was a very big difference between Quirk Mazda and their competitors. They are the BEST!!! I attribute this pleasant experience with them to the sales representative, Phil McCabe who was professional, polite, informative, and didn't pressure me to rush into a compulsive purchase. I will be happy to recommend Phil and Quirk Mazda to anyone of my friends or family. After my decision to purchase a Mazda3 from Phil and Quirk my experience with the service group was remarkable as well. Mike in the service group spent the time to go over many details of my car and the services they could provide. I could not be happier with what the team at Quirk Mazda provided to me!!! More

Their service department is just awesome.. I had unfortunately moved out of their locality and started visiting another mazda dealer near my new location, who happened to be a big name, but unreliab unfortunately moved out of their locality and started visiting another mazda dealer near my new location, who happened to be a big name, but unreliable(The most decent word I can use here) as well. I had to go back to Quirk and they fixed my problem with remote start within minutes without even charging me anything.. These guys want to help the customer.. Basically the attitude is awesome.. All of them in the service department are good... Even though I have moved little far away, I will now go back only to them for service.. More
Jimmy, the dealer I worked with was friendly and very informative. If there was something he was not 100% sure about he was not shy about admitting it and going to a colleague who could answer my questi informative. I really felt that they were working with me to not only give me the best possible deal, but also to make the buying experience as comfortable as possible. My trade-in was for $12,875, I needed $1,200 to pay-off the trade in. The CX5 I wanted to buy was with stiker price 25-26 grand. I said, that I do not want the expensive CX5, what I want was just automatic transmition, somewhere at $23,000. Mike was very rude. He said, that I have to pay $16,000 and to get the car after my trade in. That was first rediculous because of the high price, and after that it was redicilous because he got rid of a good customer, you do not have 804 credit score every day sitting in front of you and ready to buy. I went to Mazda Gallery in Norwood, bought a Mazda from there. They all laughed at Mike's offer. Mike, If you can read this, I will be very glad: you do not have 804 credit score every day sitting in front of you and ready to buy. You do not make judgement of what do you think about people from your first impresion. You have to look further. You are the worst sales person I have ever met so far. More
