Enjoyable Car Buying Experience I've been an avid Subaru customer for close to 15 years. I was looking for a change in car when I walked into Quirk Mazda. I didn't expect to also get an upgrade in service and dealership. We worked with Phil McCabe and had a really great experience with him. Past experience has made me a little jaded and paranoid when it comes to car dealerships and car salesmen. Phil was straight-forward, patient, and extremely professional. He asked a lot of questions and listened to the answers. He was very fair and didn't play a lot of games with us on pricing. It was the first time I've left a car dealership happy, instead of annoyed or feeling like I'd been taken advantage of. Also, when we went to pick the car up he was very busy. That did not stop him from making sure we were happy and that we were well taken care of. He also is very good at following up and making himself available to answer any questions. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. More

Easy and straightforward car buying I went to Quirk first and test drove a CX5. Knew I wasn't going to buy that day but they still gave me a price quote. I went to 3 other Mazda dealer I went to Quirk first and test drove a CX5. Knew I wasn't going to buy that day but they still gave me a price quote. I went to 3 other Mazda dealerships and it was a lot of run-around and trying to get me to add on things I didn't want, not give me a straight price. So in hopes of working with Quirk, I went back to them. They were straightforward and easy to deal with (both Nick and Dennis). They even beat a USAA guaranteed price. Finished the paperwork and financing and was out the door in about an hour (put a good faith deposit down while waiting on an insurance dispursement). When I went back to pick up the car, I gave them only about an hour notice and was still out the door with my car in less than an hour. They even arranged to have my rental picked up on site. Would definitely go back in the future. More

Rocky immediately welcomed me into the dealership community, even before buying my car! Rocky Wang worked tirelessly with and for me to make sure I got the car I wanted at the price I could pay. Rocky was extremely personable and took great interest in me as a person. I am not sure that I have ever received better customer service from any other associate in any other business; Rocky was truly that good. Greg Russell the finance manager was also incredibly nice and thoughtful, which topped off the experience. More

He even went so far as to get me some touch up paint for the sure to come door dings and express way pebbles that will be sure to chip away at the vehicle. This was above and beyond, the last salesman did not do it for me and I was pretty upset. Jimmy was great. More

Need a new car like NOW! Our SAAB Aero gave out on us with repairs too costly. We need 2 cars and had to move fast to investigating a replacement. Phil McCabe greeted us in a very friendly, not overbearing manner, accepted our dread of going through the process of purchasing a car and made the experience painless. He asked the right questions and worked hard to educate us on what the car and Quirk could offer us. We picked up our car 2 days later confident we had made the right decision. Phil took the time to get the Bluetooth set up for me as well as explaining every aspect of the car. It is nice to know there are "normal" salespeople out there that are working in your best interest and not their's. We highly recommend Phil and Quirk, very professional and knowledgable...best of all painless! More
