The sales process with Phil was great - super knowledgeable guy with a great attitude and a desire to help us get just the right car as quickly as possible. We also got a great interest rate through Mazda financing. Overall, we were extremely happy with our experience working with Phil and with Quirk Mazda. When coming to an agreement about the price, Phil was great. I made it known what my budget was, and he was able to get me that price. Throughout the whole process, I really felt like I was in the driver's seat (obligatory car pun, check); neither Phil nor anyone else pressured me, and my interaction with him was quite amicable. The day I went to pick up the car, Phil took the time to go over many of its features with me, including helping me sync my phone with the command console. I have had the car for a little over a month, and I am still excited to drive it every day. If you are looking for a friendly, laid-back atmosphere and a good deal, this is definitely the place to go! More

We started our search on the internet and Mo was helpful and prompt. When we came for a test drive Mo introduced us to Eddie Lapanus who walked us through the rest of the process. Eddie was very helpful and knoweldgeable. When it came time to fine tune the options and price, Brian Connolly was great - no pressure, just gave us his best price for the car and options we wanted. I have bought many cars, but this was easily the best buying experience I ever had. More
