Worst experience of my life. Bait and Switched I came into Kia knowing I wanted the Niro. After seeing the cost of the loaded model I decided I didn’t need the sunroof. I test drove a blue one with I came into Kia knowing I wanted the Niro. After seeing the cost of the loaded model I decided I didn’t need the sunroof. I test drove a blue one with our sales woman Morgan who told me this has the fog lights and the nice rims and I wouldn’t be paying as much cause I had mentioned I have a baby on the way. So we get back to the table and suddenly the blue one is sold which is fine cause she says she has the white one exact same options ready to go now. I put my 10 grand down go over all the features of the car with the little check list with Morgan and when we get home the hidden fog lights are just plastic covers, and the rims are hub caps. She switched out the cars on me and gave a base model. I called Morgan and she denied everything so I decided to speak to Doug the manager who helped me with my last Kia purchase. After going back and forth a couple days he said “why did you sign the papers” that was his answer. Maybe it was because Morgan told me my brand new car was being detailed while we were doing paperwork. I’ll never go back here. Even for the life time stickers I’d rather pay than see Morgan again. Doesn’t take much to make things right and all I can do is leave this lousy review which won’t do anything. But hopefully saves someone else from making the same mistake from going here. More

She was able to answer all of my questions about the functionality of the car; which I had a lot of. The sales staff were not aggressive at all. They made their pitch for options and extras but didn't push overly hard on items I didn't want, but were willing to work with me on ones I did. More

Tim Hogan was very friendly and made every effort to make a deal that worked for me and my family. He was very friendly, thorough and even offered me pizza! I would have given five stars if the financing department didn't take so long to negotiate a monthly payment price. My plan was to purchase a used Sorento but we ended up leasing a new one. I would have like to see more used inventory but I'm happy with what we got in the end. Thank you Tim! More

Professional Friendly and Knowledgeable Who would have thought that buying a car would be a pleasure. We were greeted by Tim at the door and it only got better from there. Things flowed very well Tim found us 2 Sportages that fit our needs. Before the test drive we were shown the mechanics of the car. The most difficult part of the process was do I choose White or Silver! I drove silver and bought white. Financing was a breeze. We love the Kia product and would definitely recommend Tim and the Quirk dealership of Manchester.. No comparison to the others that we visited . These people are the real deal More
