Excellent Lease Experience My lease was up on my 2014 Kia Optima. I had leased it from another dealership in southern MA but now live in NH. I emailed Quirk Kia, made an appointment and got paired up with Tim Hogan immediately. It's always a bit unnerving to me walking into a dealership. Tim immediately put me at ease with his relaxed style. I can tell he can move as fast or slow as required to meet the needs of his customers. He was thorough without being a "know it all." He was extremely knowledgeable about Kia and pointed out the key features and benefits of making a slight upgrade to my selection. I was shown around the dealership and introduced to key people that I would most likely deal with in the future. Total time from parking my old car to leaving with my new one was about 2 and 1/2 hours. That includes a test drive, checking out another model, credit app, insurance, plate etc. Definitely recommend Quirk Kia and Tim Hogan (who also happens to be a famous runner in Goffstown...look him up!) More

I was not an easy customer, I did not need to purchase that day but was planning on replacing my 2003 SAAB within 2-3 months They worked very hard to make me happy, I left the dealership with my car , and for the first time EVER did not have second thoughts about my vehicle purchase. On Sunday I found that a headlight had gone out , I called Tim and he told me to come right back anytime Monday to have it replaced. I was met at the Service Entrance and my headlight was replaced within 10-15 minutes. I would recommend this dealership and KIA vehicles to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I was looking for a midsize SUV and had checked out the Chevrolet, Ford and Mazda versions ....no comparison!! More

He was very knowledgeable in the various vehicles and options he could offer that would possibly help us in our quest. The following day my husband brought me in to meet Mr. McCarthy. He listened, researched and came back with a number of Sorentos for me to choose from. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with a salesperson such as David McCarthy.
