Very Professional, Prompt, and Fair: Lease Experience I never thought I would say this, but not all car dealerships are out to take advantage of you. I've been in sales related roles over the past 20 year I never thought I would say this, but not all car dealerships are out to take advantage of you. I've been in sales related roles over the past 20 years and have experienced some deceptive sales practices and met some sleezy sales people along the way. Quirk Kia NH is by far one of the best car dealership experiences I've had over the last 10 years. I went to Quirk to check out lease deals and had a certain model in mind. I was greeted by a salesman, David McCarthy, who listened to me the first time on why I was there and informed him that I was a serious buyer looking no sales BS or I'll walk right out the front door. David assured me that he would be straight up with me and we continued to progress through car buying/leasing process. In about an hour (including prepping the car for test drive, test drive, and crunching numbers), we agreed on a price and it was a good price compared to similar competitor offers. If you are looking for a Kia, I would highly recommended shopping out prices at local dealerships, and then making your last stop at Quirk Kia to see if they can match or beat it. As for sales professional David McCarthy, he treats you like an equal, encourages you to air out any questions and concerns, very informative (this was my first lease and had a lot of questions on the fine print) and most importantly works with you to make sure you were happy. It's been a long time since I've walked out of a dealership with a smile on my face. Last update, after I drove off with my new lease, David followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was alright. There was one minor issue,but that will be resolved at their service shop. As for the negotiation, if you want to speed up the process, as David or your sales rep, to have the Sales Manager join in from the discussion and mutually agree on the numbers. More

Waking away from a dealership HAPPY with my deal! Tim and Quirk Kia were wonderful to my husband and I. Tim was able to broker us the deal that we wanted via phone and, to the penny, matched it when we went back in 2 days later. We walked out having spent under two hours total in the dealership and feeling like we were well taken care of. We love our new Kia Sorento and are looking forward to referring many people to Tim and Quirk Kia in the future! More

It was our first time leasing a vehicle so we had lots of questions and concerns whether it was the right move for us. Not only was David McCarthy very friendly and personable, he also answered all of our questions while giving us fair and honest answers. He had a lot of patience and a great sense of humor with us when we would become indecisive on the overall features we wanted in the new vehicle, showing us everything they had in stock for our overall needs. In addition to David, Matt from the financing department was also very friendly and knowledgable regarding the financing and additional protection plans available.
