Poor communication Live in Maine, we pay excise tax at city hall. When they included the sakes tax they saif I was responsible for the excise tax, so in my head I am thinking at city hall. Boy was I surprised when they said it had to be paid at the dealership. I wasn't about to toss a $300 registration credit out the window We dealt with three different people in the first 10 minutes there and nothing was communicated of the deal. We walked out and they never contacted us to make it right. They are nice as pie until the sale happens More
MOST PLEASANT EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AT A CAR DEALERSHIP I went to Quirk KIA Manchester on August 16 2018 for the first time. I was greeted by David McCarthy who had a very friendly and calming demeanor. He took the time to listen and talk to me about what I was looking for and what my expectations were. I really enjoyed this car buying experience with Dave and also with Matt and other employees at Quirk Kia Manchester. I drove home in my new KIA that night and couldn't be happier!! I recommend this Dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank You to Dave and the rest of the staff!! More

The sales rep Courtney Smith and manager Micheal King sold us a car at the higher sticker price fully knowing they were deceiving us and lying statng that there were no current deals causing us to think that they were being honest about it and that we were getting the best deal to enter in a contract. We were going to purchase a second car for my husband so I went on their website over the weekend and found out about the deals they had was not offered to us. So the following Monday I went in and spoke to them. The same mb manager stated that I didn't qualify for the deals because they were for the folks who were leasing and Coming in every three years. I left very upset and decided to call another kia dealer in NH who informed me that I did qualify. Furthermore I had my husband email a dealer from the same place I purchased my car and was told him that he did qualify for the discounts if he was buying. I have proof of what they did to us from their website, emails from their own sales rep and text from another kia rep here in NH. The car I ended up with was not my first choice Cortney told me that the one I wanted was going to be alot more money. I then found out that there was a 7000 dollar discount for that car which would had been about the same cost as the car I left with. Discriminating and stealing 2700 from two old people is not the way to do business. I even called customer service and started a file on it. When they contacted Micheal he told them he gave us a discount. He sure did off the original sticker price. We are very active in the communities when asked about our new car bhc we let every know exactly what the kia dealer did to us. Not to mention that both my husband and son were shopping for cars. It wont be with this place ever again. These people should be ashamed of themselves.this situation should be taken seriously. More

He was very knowledge about the car we wanted to purchase, professional and very friendly and polite. He made the sales process easy and did not use any sales tactics at all. And how great my saleslady was to wo I recently came in to purchase a new vehicle from your dealership and would like to tell you about my experience. And how great my saleslady was to work with. When I came in, I was warmly greeted by a young lady named Haley. She listened to my requisites for the car I wished to buy and quickly began showing me my options. I found a car I liked and we began the arduous process of financing, titles, etc. Haley worked very hard at getting the price and financing that I was comfortable with. I signed the necessary paperwork and planned to pick up the car the following day. Unfortunately, I was unable to establish residency in New Hampshire and therefore was unable to pick up the new Kia. I was very disappointed and I know Haley must have been as well; she put so much work into closing the sale! Please ask Haley to accept my apology one more time. I wish her the best of luck! There have been two service vists, 2 different technicians, 2 service managers and 2 sales reps. At courtesy service, buyer was informed to fix himself. More of the same at last visit. No return visit to any Quirk dealer nor purchase of any Quirk product as long as buyer is alive. More
