Salesman that actually listens? About 7 months ago I worked with Kevin, I was a new shopper and had no idea what to expect. I looked at a few different models and Kevin was patient a About 7 months ago I worked with Kevin, I was a new shopper and had no idea what to expect. I looked at a few different models and Kevin was patient and asked some amazing questions he wanted to know what I liked, what I didn't like and moral of the story I was completely spoiled and took home a BEAUTIFUL Optima EX. This Past weekend I wondered in after getting a letter from a competitor wanting to purchase my car. I let him know what I was looking at and he was honest from the beginning! Any other sales rep I have worked with immediately wants to see, never have I worked with a Rep that actually advised and gave me pros and cons on all my options. He never pressured me into anything and spoke to me like I was a human and not someone just giving him money, even going above and beyond when I stopped in last minute and he was with a customer to acknowledge me. I highly recommend Kevin! More
