The negotiation on price, downpayment and optional extras were flexible, pressureless and ended with a deal which worked for both of us. I test drove the vehicle and was satisfied with the "feel" and the advanced technological aspects included with the vehicle. I'm satisfied that my son will be safer, will be able to handle the New England weather in his AWD Sportage and will be able to communicate with his parents without the distraction (and illegality) of handling his phone while driving. Integrity is the word I would use to describe them I had a long drive to get to them for a particular car they had advertised. The GM, the sales rep and the finance guy were all very professional and likable. I know! Are we talking about a car dealership? LOL This was one of my best car buying experiences I've ever had.
