Unprofessional.. deal with extreme cUtion I was on the phone with supposedly a sales/finance person Doug to discuss financing options for Kia Optima. First of all they just didnt want to discu I was on the phone with supposedly a sales/finance person Doug to discuss financing options for Kia Optima. First of all they just didnt want to discuss the options they themselves have on their website which was a little weird but I kept asking to provide more details. During the call Doug asked me that he is going to call me back in 10mins but he never called. When i called back myself after 3-4hours he put me on a hold and never came back. After 10-11 mins this second call was transferred to another sales person and he was willing to connect me to Doug again but suddenly he said.. can i have your number? Doug will call you back himself. Weird but I said to myself whatever. Well, as expected, I never received a call from him. I am little surprised that they just didnt want my business. I am going to get a car today anyways. Good people at Kia Burlington are helping me with the car. More
