I dealt with Matt Schoech from beginning to end of this deal. He is a straight shooter. I told him what I was looking for and he sent me numbers for a lease and purchase. He answered all of my questions without playing games. Yes I can or No I cannot. I got exactly what I wanted with quick easy honest answers and did it all via text. Sent my Credit app and all other info in the morning and when I arrived 2 hours later my New Car was ready. Finished some minor paperwork and I was on my way home. Done!!! Ethan met me at the door took me for a ride and explained the features he got me set up with my Kia owners portal and hooked to Bluetooth. Ethan answered all the questions I had about the car and made sure I was good to go. What would have taken 8 hours at another dealer took 2 at Quirk Kia NH. I'll be back. I hate purchasing cars and this was a great experience. More
Bought my 2022 telluride from them, car has 20k miles. engine light came on thanksgiving day. Brought car into them all they did was clear the code and tell me to drive it and if light comes back on bring engine light came on thanksgiving day. Service told me they burped my coolant and now it’s fine. Pick it up and immediately see heat is still not fixed. Bring it back in for no heat at idle still and was told I was crazy and heat is fine. Third time I bring it in they did a more in-depth burp of the system and claimed heat was now fine again. Also mentioned I have sputtering in my exhaust. Service told me that’s normal for this car and there’s no issue. Picked up the car and once again immediately noticed no heat at idle. Brought my to another Kia dealership and as soon as they got in they noticed no heat at idle. Popped the hood and found massive puddles of coolant all over my engine from quirk. Diagnosed and found out the issue with my sputtering exhaust and no heat at idle is my head gasket. I will NEVWR go back to quirk! The manner in which they spoke to me, the number of times I brought my car in for the same issue only to be told I’m crazy is unacceptable! Worst service experience ever! I am happily taking my business to another dealer who actually understands how large financial transactions work. Here's a quick lesson in business for you folks at Quirk, if your policy is stupid (as this one REALLY is), change it. More
So my wife brought her 2020 Kia Telluride in today because she has been having an oil consumption issue with this car for multiple oil changes. They told her she had to get an oil change there today ( because she has been having an oil consumption issue with this car for multiple oil changes. They told her she had to get an oil change there today (which she just got an oil change done YESTERDAY) and that she would have to provide 3 years worth of Oil Change statements. I called and spoke to Zac who told me unfortunately they will not be servicing my car at their location, but I’m free to go to another dealership if I want to! Haha I asked him why and he said because my wife left a formal complaint (it was a Google review). So I asked to escalate this to the service Director named Charles Brain who is supposed to call me back tomorrow! We’ll see if Mr. Brain makes that call. This dealership’s customer service is atrocious! We have had so many issues in just 3 years with them. This current issue should be covered under the warranty, but they make it almost it very difficult for the customer. If I could have left zero stars I would have but this made me pick at minimum 1 star. I hope this review really helps a potential future Kia buyer make a better decision then we did. We will NEVER buy a Kia again nor will we ever do business with Quirk Kia of Manchester, NH. More
Scheduled an appointment for my wife's 2020 Kia Sportage here, we set the appointment to have 2 recalls and a leaking rear differential pinion seal fixed. Got the call today, that they did the recalls (requires being on the lift), and missed the leaking rear differential, that it would cost 139.00 for them to bring it back in and take a look at it. Haley then hung up on me, when I declined the potential fee. I called back, spoke with CJ, who said they could not determine if it would be under warranty.... Kia states "The Kia powertrain warranty will cover any manufacturer damage or defects for 10 years or up to 100,000 miles. This warranty covers all of the vehicle's essential systems, including the transmission, axle, transaxle, engine, driveshaft, propeller shafts, and differential." He also stated that they charge this at all their other dealerships. He went on to discuss that if under warranty, they'd bill Kia and no issues. I currently have 4 other Quirke sourced vehicles. Never been charged this, in more than 20 vehicles sourced and serviced by Quirke dealerships. More
This dealer is rude and unhelpful. They refused to perform an excessive oil consumption test. Many Kia models have this flaw and the test is required to confirm the condition. My kia Forte was less then a year old and brought it into the service center to have it diagnosed, because my car was not blowing heat or a/c air. I called on 9/21/ 23 to check on the status and they told me that they tried to call me, which they did not, and because the part sat there for so long they sent it back. They then proceeded to tell me that it would take another 2-3 days if the part was available I spoke to the person in charge of the service depth, who identified himself as Charles Brain. They told me stop getting upset, but then Charles began getting frustrated and began raising his voice, when I asked him why he was raising his voice he stated because I am.getting frustrated. I them told Charles now you know how I feel.. This place did nothing to.help, and threaten to not install the part to repair my brand new car. Place is extremely unprofessional and I will never get a car from here again. Terrible customer service and professionalism. More
Only gave it a one start because I had to pick a star to continue. Many calls to zack, Joe messages left for CJ who is supposedly the GM with no call back. had car in multiple times in a month twice repair lasting less than 1 day, was told twice it was in the shop trying to find issue when drove there car still where I had parked it with another service rep stating they hadnt even looked at it yet. Very frustrating and will NEVER go there again. So irritated with the whole mess that I went to Auto Faire Ford and bought a new vehicle there. I will now look to start legal action against them which is ridiculous to have to do. With what I have been through with them it is hard to believe some of the reviews posted are actually real. More
