Al Lanham called us back we said we would call him back to make appointment to visit dealership to look at automobiles and discuss options with him. .Al was available when we arrived he was very professional but friendly which made us feel comfortable with the whole process of buying a new car. Al took the time to discuss options and showed us the Elantra and explained the different systems on the car to us. He helped with the all the paper work and everything went very smooth, when that was complete he went over the systems of the car again and helped my wife get her phone and other accessories programmed. Charlie Grant When we first walked into the dealership we knew we were interested in a Tucson or Sante Fe Sport. Charlie answered our questions and offered us to t When we first walked into the dealership we knew we were interested in a Tucson or Sante Fe Sport. Charlie answered our questions and offered us to take both vehicles for a test drive. By driving both vehicles we were able to decide which one would best suit our needs. I was up front with him that I needed to sell my pick up before we would be ready to buy and that I wasn't interested in trading. He didn't hesitate to offer us the test drives even though he knew we weren't ready to buy right then. Both my wife and I really appreciated his none high pressure attitude which made it an easy decision that this was the place we wanted to do business for our purchase. It took a couple of weeks to sell my truck but as soon as it sold we came back and sought out Charlie to purchase a new Santa Fe Sport. Very good experience.
