He bent over backwards to give me all the information I asked for, explaining the operation of my new vehicle, and was very helpful when I returned about a week later for assistance with a couple of questions If I decide to purchase another car, I will definitely seek out Charlie. He is the best. Also, Quirk was very supportive when I asked for a certain deal as they eventually honored my request.. I think a huge part of giving me that deal was because of my loyalty to Quirk and the fact that I always go there for service and any necessary repairs. It's always a pleasure to go to Quirk for any reason. I know the men in service by name and they are also very friendly and personable. Quirk is number "ONE" with me.ve said everything earlier in this survey. More

purchase of new automobile had submitted e-price request to dealership for pricing on a new Hyundai Elantra. Al Lanham called us back we said we would call him back to make ap had submitted e-price request to dealership for pricing on a new Hyundai Elantra. Al Lanham called us back we said we would call him back to make appointment to visit dealership to look at automobiles and discuss options with him. .Al was available when we arrived he was very professional but friendly which made us feel comfortable with the whole process of buying a new car. Al took the time to discuss options and showed us the Elantra and explained the different systems on the car to us. He helped with the all the paper work and everything went very smooth, when that was complete he went over the systems of the car again and helped my wife get her phone and other accessories programmed. Very professional. Thank-You Mr. Lanham Hyundai Elantra wasn't very long before Al Lanham called back .told him we would call later in the week to make appointment with him to visit the dealership to look at automobile and discuss options . Charlie Grant When we first walked into the dealership we knew we were interested in a Tucson or Sante Fe Sport. Charlie answered our questions and offered us to t When we first walked into the dealership we knew we were interested in a Tucson or Sante Fe Sport. Charlie answered our questions and offered us to take both vehicles for a test drive. By driving both vehicles we were able to decide which one would best suit our needs. I was up front with him that I needed to sell my pick up before we would be ready to buy and that I wasn't interested in trading. He didn't hesitate to offer us the test drives even though he knew we weren't ready to buy right then. Both my wife and I really appreciated his none high pressure attitude which made it an easy decision that this was the place we wanted to do business for our purchase. It took a couple of weeks to sell my truck but as soon as it sold we came back and sought out Charlie to purchase a new Santa Fe Sport. Very good experience. Highly recommend Charlie Grant and Quirk Hyundai of Bangor. More
