Misleading I've been a loyal Hyundai customer since 2009. I purchased a 2008 Tiburon, then traded that in for a lease on a 2013 Sonata, then traded that in for a I've been a loyal Hyundai customer since 2009. I purchased a 2008 Tiburon, then traded that in for a lease on a 2013 Sonata, then traded that in for a lease on a 2015 Elantra, and am now leasing a 2017 Elantra. I love Hyundai vehicles. However, most of my interactions were with a local dealership when I lived outside the State of Maine. I loved that dealership and always had a great experience whenever I went in for sales or service. After moving to Maine, I naturally assumed I'd get the same great service I had come to expect from Hyundai. I went in to this dealership to TRADE IN my 2015 for the new 2017. Unfortunately, this dealership misrepresented my transaction to me and instead of trading in my 2015 they did an early end of lease. I went home with my new car and, much to my surprise, a month later got a bill in the mail. The bill was for the minor wear and tear on my old car. If I had done a trade in I wouldn't be responsible for that wear and tear. The previous dealership I had been dealing with outside the State of Maine was always direct and honest. To bad I can't say the same for this Hyundai dealership. They obviously ?don't care about customer loyalty. I won't ever go back to this dealership again. More

I loved my 2007 Elantra and I suspect I will love this new 2017 Elantra. During the buying process I did make a major mistake. I didn’t buy an Elantra with a Blind Spot Detection System (BSD) and neither did I buy the Backup Camera. These two features are for safety, and I should have gotten them. The car on the lot that had these two features did not have the ride that I wanted and I sat too low in the seat. I now wish I had waited for Quirk Hyundai to get in an Elantra with these two features and also would have given me the ride I wanted. I am not blaming Quirk. I was the one who wanted an Elantra on the spot! More

After I left, he continued to work to find me the car and deal I wanted; his success there resulted in bringing me back to Quirk Hyundai where ultimately I bought my car. Unlike other dealers with whom I spoke during this search, he at no point patronized me nor weasled. Even after the purchase the salesperson continued to help. When he made what I presume to be the required follow-up call, I indicated that a part I had ordered and expected to receive that Wednesday still had not shown up by Saturday. He said he would look into it, and Monday I was notified that the part was in. Nice that his professionalism continued even after the sale. More
