So happy with my new car!!! He is so awesome, and I highly recommend Quirk Ford. I'm sending all of my family and friends to Louie. More

The Best Around!!!!! My wife and I were in the market for a new SUV. We did our research and decided on the 2015 Ford Explorer Sport. Quirk had a great selection to choo My wife and I were in the market for a new SUV. We did our research and decided on the 2015 Ford Explorer Sport. Quirk had a great selection to choose from online and we narrowed our search down to one model. Lou Fondanova greeted us when we arrived and quickly located the vehicle we came to look at. Lou was very knowledgeable about the features and the functions of the vehicle and took the time to point them out and explain them to us. We went on a quick test drive to check out the feel of the vehicle while Lou pointed out many of the safety features. Lou was very polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to show us the vehicle. Lou was not pushy and we did not feel any pressure at all. My wife and I were very comfortable dealing with Lou and wanted to see if we could put together a deal that worked for us. Working with internet sales before our visit made for a very quick and easy negotiation. The price of the vehicle was settled and we just worked out the terms of the deal. Dan Rivera joined us directly at the negotiation table to help speed up the process. I had plenty of questions and Dan answered every single one with a smile and to our satisfaction. He saved us quite a bit of time by not having Lou go back and forth. Finally we met with Antoine Jamison from the finance group. He had the paperwork and credit application submitted and approved in no time at all. He went over a couple of possible add-ons with no pressure at all to buy them. We inquired about and purchased a wheel and tire insurance for only a few dollars more per week. A pretty good deal considering the winter we just had. Antoine sent the paperwork over to the table on the iPad for us to sign. We signed the paperwork and we were on our way. Pick up of the vehicle was easy and very fast. Lou met us in the dealership and showed us to our new vehicle. It was registered, inspected, and detailed. He went over the features of the My Ford Touch system, paired our phones to the vehicle, and made sure all of our questions were answered before we left. While we were at the vehicle Antoine stopped by to wish us luck with the new SUV. I would like to thank Lou, Dan, and Antoine. Shopping for a car can be very stressful and intimidating, but this group made us feel completely comfortable and satisfied. They are the best around!! More
