Here is what I've observed when I arrive there - rear quarter damage, poorly painted, bumper cover not aligned, 2 tires Continental, 2 tiers Hankook, passenger rear rim damaged from the welding machine, passenger rear quarter plastic cladding damaged (vehicle was sideswiped). I did not waste any more of my time by listening to any further misrepresentations from the "manager" on duty. The vehicle on their lot from 11/03/15 it is 3/19/16. Almost 5 months and not sold yet. Wiz, there is something wrong with your 33K for a damaged vehicle, when it can be had for 25K with less miles and no damage. More

Most horrifying car buyin expirience of my life Quirk Ford... where do i begin.. Back in 2014 i bought an F-250, a few months later, i bought a ford focus.. both from Quirk Ford. Earlier this year ( Quirk Ford... where do i begin.. Back in 2014 i bought an F-250, a few months later, i bought a ford focus.. both from Quirk Ford. Earlier this year (2015) the engine blew up.. a major fix which on average takes 2 weeks as long as it is actually being worked on. However, after two weeks had passed and i had still not recieved my truck or even been told when it will be finished a red flag went up.. so i called.. however when i called i was told that "Mike D" would give me a call back (which after days of waiting he never did). I kept calling each day and eventually twice a day only to be told that "Mike" was either "in a meeting", "In the Shop", or "busy". So after about 60 days of waiting for my truck to be fixed, i finally recieved it back.. only to have my 2013 Ford Focus break an axle seal (a one day repair at most or a couple day repair worst case scenario. So i called, scheduled an appointment to have my focus looked at.. brought it to quirk. a few days later i called since i had not heard anything, only to be told that they havent looked at it and they do not know when they will be looking at it.. yet i made an appointment to bring it there. While thinking that i was on the comical TV show "Punk'd" by MTV, i discovered that my truck (now fixed and working) has an oil leak because the oil pan was not assembled correctly (a gasket was left out from the assembly). Aggrevated because my 2013 ford Focus is in the shop and will obviously not be out any time soon because "they havent looked at it yet" and because i still hadnt recieved reimbursment for the rental vehicle i had to use.. i waited and after a long two weeks dealing with rude and very unexaptable behaviour from Quirk Ford employees.. i finally recieved my focus back. Brought the truck in so they could fix their mistake, and was given nasty attitude by "Mike D" and was told that even though i had an appointment it would be at least 2-3 hours before they could even look at it. needless to say i left, did not recieve my rental check, and am now driving a vehicle that leaks oil because Quirk Ford was too negligent to give quality service. i have also filed a complaint with the attorney genreal and quirk. BAIT AND SWITCH TO GET YOUR INFORMATION! I can't give zero stars apparently so 1 will have to do. Went in looking for an estimate on my trade in and a price on a truck. Having a loan i was I can't give zero stars apparently so 1 will have to do. Went in looking for an estimate on my trade in and a price on a truck. Having a loan i was told they needed the lender name and my soc sec # in order to verify the payoff. Why they need that to estimate the trade in value was beyond me. Handed me a paper to fill in that info. At the bottom it mentioned the paper was for running credit. I told them I did not want them to run my credit and I wasn't signing it. They assured me it was just for the loan payoff and made it out to be that this was just the form they use. Sure enough, get home and I have an email from my credit monitoring service that I have a new hard inquiry from Quirk on my report. The BAIT AND SWITCH is real. Imagine looking for a car, going to 3, 4, 5 dealers and they all run your credit. Not good for your credit, which is why I EXPLICITLY told them NOT TO RUN IT. I'm also a 34 year old engineer, wife, daughter, house. I don't deserve to be called "kid" by some sleezy sales manager multiple times. It was incredibly disrespectful. And when I said I was going to look elsewhere and if I wanted to make a deal I would come back he started being more rude. Really unprofessional and not the way to do business. Mr. Quirk would be wise to move on from people like that. If I can stop one person from having this same experience, my job is done. Sales "Managers" name was Chris Cannavo. AVOID DOING BUSINESS HERE. Have filed with BBB/Attorney General More

Way better than any other dealship I tried All they had to do is not play games. My last car was getting a little long in the tooth. I pretty much knew I wanted another Mustang convertible and All they had to do is not play games. My last car was getting a little long in the tooth. I pretty much knew I wanted another Mustang convertible and I got my last car a Quirk. However I figured since I didn't know what other dealerships I probably should check them out before I tried quirk, maybe they'd be better and how would I know? It should be easy for them right? That was pretty much a mistake. I tried a few other dealerships in the area and most of them could not help themselves with the games. I'd e-mail for an estimate and get loads of e-mails, including ones asking if I got the estimate when they never sent one. At least one of them was e-mailing constantly but didn't even have any Mustangs at all, I don't know what they thought they were going to sell me. One I was told I'd get an estimate once I came in. I came in and still couldn't get an estimate on a last years model they were trying to move and they wouldn't tell me what my trade in was worth either. It's probably easier to get info out of a CIA agent than these guys. I double checked on Edmunds to figure out what it was worth then went to Quirk and Bill Bostwick was my salesman. That was a huge breath of fresh air. Their quote was actually very competitive and when I told them I was on the X-Plan they actually let me know how much the car was. We went over the new Mustangs they were getting in and I found one that was what I wanted. I was in and our in 2 hours after wasting many hours on the other dealerships. I don't know in however many years when my car needs to be replaced I'll even bother with anybody else. More
