Found Bobby on the internet. I was impressed with the quickness in the response time. He promptly answered all my questions, called back and did a great job to find me the best car for my budget. The worst car buying experience ever . I am in my late fifties and am not new to these tactics. I found the sales ,finance and sales mgr. rude and bordering on intimidating.they tried to put me in any p fifties and am not new to these tactics. I found the sales ,finance and sales mgr. rude and bordering on intimidating.they tried to put me in any piece of junk on their lot . They were insulting and rude to my wife and i when i stated that i wanted to look around (this was our first stop BIG MISTAKE) I would not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. P.S. I bought a vehicle later that day from york ford and am totally satisfied ! More

Same experiences as those above. Worst Sales tactics I have ever seen. Went in to buy a new F-150, Leftover 2008 FX-4. They started the minute I got into the place. Asked me for my keys (which I never saw have ever seen. Went in to buy a new F-150, Leftover 2008 FX-4. They started the minute I got into the place. Asked me for my keys (which I never saw again). The next issue was the price. I was quoted a price over the internet and then a higher price when I got there. My trade about $3K less than KBB. I told the salesman no onthe offer and questioned why the price changes. Next comes the sales manager who actually begged me "Come on please" to take the deal. I did end up buying the truck and then got gouged on a bed liner "Dealer cost" that was cheaper on-line by about $200. My fault for being an idiot buyer, but worst buying experience I have ever had. This was my 5th new car purchase. Stay Far away from this place. More
I just bought a 2009 Ford F250 XLT from Quirk. I rushed into the deal because of the great incentives Ford was offering. My bad! I traded a 2004 Ford F250 XLT in excellent condition w/ only 49000 miles. I into the deal because of the great incentives Ford was offering. My bad! I traded a 2004 Ford F250 XLT in excellent condition w/ only 49000 miles. I included my TracRac and TracRac toolbox. Their first offer was $8,000.00 for my truck. After the usual back and forth, the salesman brought the "Closer" over. This guy offers me basically a take it or leave it deal which was $9,000.00 for my trade. I was nervous about losing the truck I wanted because it was the last one on the lot so I made the deal. When I got home I went to Kelly Blue Book.com and Edmunds.com and learned that the actual trade value for my truck was $12,000.00. My trade also had a snowplow which I kept but the "Closer generously offered to install a plow mount and wiring harness on my new truck at his "cost" of only $1,875.00. I got the job done for $1,300.00 from a local plow dealer. Finally they tried to get me to buy the extended warranty for $2,700.00. When I declined, the price suddenly dropped to $2,000.00! I still declined. In summary: Quirk screwed me on my trade, were going to screw me on the plow mount, and tried to screw me on the warranty! How much freakin' money do they have to make? The rebates I got were all from The Ford Motor Company which the dealer gets reimbursed for. Shame on me for not doing my homework but buyer beware if you go to Quirk Ford in Quincy, MA. More
I went car shopping in a snowstorm b/c I was looking to see how cars handled in the snow. I live on big hill so that is very important. Nevertheless, there was no one else in the dealership. I test drove a see how cars handled in the snow. I live on big hill so that is very important. Nevertheless, there was no one else in the dealership. I test drove a Ford Fusion AWD. When asked the price of the vehicle, there came a run around. First, they wanted all my information to run a credit check and I refused and said I just wanted the price of the vehicle. Then, after waiting 20 minutes, I decided to walk out. On my way out, I was stopped by the salesman and the sale manager, that they have a price for me right now and didn't understand why I was so upset. They claim that the computer froze but I'm pretty sure that was just an excuse. Then, they gave me a price that was more expensive than I had researched online listed at Quirk for a car that had more in it. So I said absolutely no and the sales manager basically got in a heated argument with me over the issue. So I again walked out. The salesman chased me to the car and offered me a lower price. I again refused and drove away. Not even 5 minutes into my car ride, I received a call from the sales manager, apologizing for the episode and now offering me an even lower price! In the end, they would've sold me the car for $5000 less than the price he originally quoted me! Too bad I wasn't sold on Ford or Quirk! More
If Ford knew what was good for them, they would sever all ties with Quirky Ford. When I bought a brand new vehicle from them and then found "problems" with it, they wanted nothing to do with me, wouldn't ret ties with Quirky Ford. When I bought a brand new vehicle from them and then found "problems" with it, they wanted nothing to do with me, wouldn't return calls except the one time that the ownwer called my home to THREATEN me about the issues going on. I then told Mr.Quirky that I would be in his office in less than 20 minutes to "discuss" his threats and the little coward hid under his desk shaking like a little girl. Funny how I never heard from the little coward again! Folks, if you know whats good for you, go elsewhere and buy a Toyota! More
