I have never had a problem whenever I have come in for service. I come in about every 3 months. Dan has always been very curtious and effecient and very helpful in answering any questions or concerns I service. I come in about every 3 months. I bought my F-150 XL at Quirk in January 09 and have had it serviced at the dealer's service center on schedule. Dan Abate has handled my vehicle's needs on several occassions and has always been profession it serviced at the dealer's service center on schedule. Dan Abate has handled my vehicle's needs on several occassions and has always been professional and courteous. He goes out of his way to provide the best service at a fair price. I have watched as he interacts with other customers and even when they are upset or vocal he calms them down and explains the repairs in a logical and clear manner so the customer understands the need for the repair and the reason for the cost. As to the quality of the work done, my vehicle runs as good today as the day I bought it and the service personnel have always treated my truck the way they would treat their own vehicle. I would recommend Quirk Ford and especially Dan Abate to any of my friends. More
I have been going to Quirk since I bought my F150 truck in 2007. I have had all my maintenance service work done by them. Although I find the repair bills a little high, I have built a trust with Dan Abate in 2007. I have had all my maintenance service work done by them. I HAD THE MOST PLEASANT EXPERIENCE AT QUIRK FORD!!! THERE WAS A SALES MAN THERE BY THE NAME OF DUANE, WHO ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND WORKED DILLIGENTLY TO SUIT MY NEEDS WHEN SHOPPING FOR A USED CAR. HO WAS A SALES MAN THERE BY THE NAME OF DUANE, WHO ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND WORKED DILLIGENTLY TO SUIT MY NEEDS WHEN SHOPPING FOR A USED CAR. HOWEVER, I DID NOT BUT TODAY, WHICH HE UNDERSTOOD, BUT TREATED ME NO DIFFERENTLY. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL WITH MY QUEST. OVERALL, I WOULD RECCOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. More

I recently purchased my first new vehicle at Quirk Ford on RT. 3A in Quincy, M.A. and had a very pleasurable sales experience. It was time for my first oil change so I called the dealership for an appt. Th on RT. 3A in Quincy, M.A. and had a very pleasurable sales experience. It was time for my first oil change so I called the dealership for an appt. The gentleman that answered the phone was very pleasant and said that I would not need and appt. and could come in whenever it was convenient for me. I chose to come in on a Saturday as I have that day off. When I arrived at the service department at first I was scared because it looked very busy. The service advisor that I dealt with Dan Abate assured me that they would have me out of there within 45min or less. He was very friendly and quickly put my nerves at ease. He answered all the questions that I had about me new car and as promised had me out in only about 35min. He then made me a follow up appt. for 3 months later and I will be looking forward to my next visit. More
