i didn't intend to buy a car on the first visit but did so because of the compelling price i received. I was bottom line orientated and, after some haggling, so were they. The salesman thoroughly reviewed the features of my f150 before driving and has promptly responded to me after i had a few queries. I am pleased. tom carten milton ma More
My wife and I both bought Kia vehicles from Quirk Kia in My wife and I both bought Kia vehicles from Quirk Kia in Quincy a few years back and have been completely satisfied with our sales experience and My wife and I both bought Kia vehicles from Quirk Kia in Quincy a few years back and have been completely satisfied with our sales experience and the service department's effort to keep our vehicles well maintained. So when I decided to start looking for a bigger vehicle (I've always wanted a full-sized pick-up truck) I did not hesitate to give Quirk Ford in Quincy a visit. And, boy oh boy, what a great decision it has been. From the moment sales person John DeSantis met me in the dealership's lot, I was completely satisfied. John's approach was completely supportive. He didn't push too hard, but was quick to inform me of various incentives available on the vehicles I was looking at (Ford's F-150 series of pickups with Crew Cabs). He answered all the questions he could and went and got additional information on questions he was not sure of (I met him on his first day at Ford after having worked for Quirk VW for many years previously). I can honestly say that I felt NO pressure from John, yet he continued to suggest that I would benefit from Ford incentives if I purchased a truck before the end of the month. (I actually visited the dealership on Dec. 31, 2010, with no real intention of buying that day.) After allowing John to have my Kia driven and looked over to determine a trade-in value, and after explaining to John that I did not want to deal with all the bull-crap of having him trot back and forth between a sales manager and me to negotiate a price, he simply asked what I would be willing to pay to make a deal on that visit. Three minutes later I was the proud owner of a new 2010 Ford F-150 XLT Crew Cab. It was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle John DeSantis and the other people I spoke with (regarding financing, warantees, and even the person responsible for prepping my new vehicle) all made me feel comfortable, with no stress involved in the entire process. It really seemed as though everyone working at the Quirk Ford dealership in Quincy was focused on making my experience a good one. And they all seemed to enjoy working at the dealership. Happy employees are good, productive employees. And Quirk Ford in Quincy certainly seems to have happy, productive employees at every level of the operation. I also have already experienced being a customer at the Quirk Ford auto body shop and service department in Quincy. There was an existing small blemish on one of the doors of the truck I bought. John DeSantis sent me up to the auto body shop and one of the employees there listened to my explanation of the blemish and actually admitted the shop was very busy. But he immediately left his lunch on his desk and took the time to go look at my vehicle and then went into the shop and got rubbing compound himself and rubbed out the blemish on his hands and knees. The entire process took no more than 5 minutes and the employee was completely professional and obviously focused on satisfying me as a customer. I've also dealt with Michael Micheche in the service department to get my inspection sticker as well as replace and re-program a faulty spare key to my new vehicle. He was courteous, quick and clearly focused on satisfying me as a customer. Overall, I am satisfied completely by the entire staff at Quirk Ford in Quincy and would recommend the dealership to anyone I know who is looking for a good vehicle, but more importantly seeking good customer service after the purchase. Thank you John DeSantis and the staff at Quirk Ford. I look forward to being a customer for years to come. More
I had just spent two weeks trying to get financing for a new car (not a Ford) and was unable to do so because I am an independent contractor and get paid by 1099s. Also, I'm trying to do a home loan modifi new car (not a Ford) and was unable to do so because I am an independent contractor and get paid by 1099s. Also, I'm trying to do a home loan modification, so I've been advised to not pay my mortgage for a couple of months. My credit was okay but not great and with these issues, I couldn't get financing. Darren Wong was fantastic. He was friendly and efficient and after reviewing my application said he would contact Ford Credit Co. and see if he could get me financed. He said it looked good, but I didn't honestly believe him. I was too depressed. However, Lou took me on a nice test drive in a new Ford Focus, and I really liked the car. We came back and waited and when I saw Darren heading towards us, I said, This is where you tell me you struck out, right? He replied, Do you believe in Christmas miracles? I said yes, I do, actually. He showed me a written approval from Ford Credit with a 6.9% interest rate for the Focus I'd just driven. I was stunned. He told me I could be happy and smile now. I have a beautiful electric blue Focus now. Everyone I've shown it to has had to test drive it under one pretense or another. It's a great little car with wonderful gas mileage. There's a lot more room inside than it seems from the outside. I'm very happy with the car and the dealership. I went back after the Christmas holiday for my registration and inspection sticker and got happy hugs from the finance guys. It didn't take more than a half hour for service to do their thing, and the young man from service also helped me put on the new seat covers I'd just bought to protect the car from my black lab. I would recommend the dealership and the folks I dealt with to anyone and everyone. Thank you so very much. More

I recently purchased a 2008 Nissan Altima from Quirk Ford...within minutes I was greeted by Mike...told him I was interested in the 08 Altima and in less than 5 minutes we were on the road test driving. Ford...within minutes I was greeted by Mike...told him I was interested in the 08 Altima and in less than 5 minutes we were on the road test driving. Mike made the process so simple and hassle free. He was always attentive and making sure the process was moving forward as quickly as possible. The financing dept. was another smooth sailing part of the process. I can honestly say that I am not an impulse buyer, but I felt that Quirk Ford gave me a fantastic deal with great customer service. I never felt pressured or that I was going to have any regrets leaving the same day with my wonderful new car! I would gladly return for another car when the time is right! Thanks Mike and Quirk Ford ~Laura~ More
When I bought my car from an outside dealer it was in bad condition and the only place I figured I could go was to a real dealer to get answers. When I took my car in for service the day after I bought it I condition and the only place I figured I could go was to a real dealer to get answers. When I took my car in for service the day after I bought it I met Jon Rydings. I figured he was going to try to rip me off because I was a girl and that I wouldn't have any idea what they were talking about. I got the opposite, Jon told me everything that was wrong and the second opinion I got confirmed it. He is always polite, HONEST, respectful and understanding. There are not many service guys that I have met in the past that have been as honest as he has been. We have been working together for almost 2 years and I think he is fantastic. I would not take my car anywhere else. They also make sure my car is repaired in a resonable amount of time. I honestly can't say enough esp with how helpful he has been. Considering there is something wrong with my car almost every month and it only has 77,000 miles. If you want your car fixed right and an honest service team Quirk Ford is who you want to use. More
Recently purchaces a used 2007 Mercury Mariner at Quirk Ford in Quincy, MA. It was a Certified Pre-Owned with very few miles. After purchasing this automobile, I had to bring it in after 1600 miles because Ford in Quincy, MA. It was a Certified Pre-Owned with very few miles. After purchasing this automobile, I had to bring it in after 1600 miles because of transmission related issues. I was assured all problems relating to the transmission were fixed. At 3,000 miles, my transmission completely died. It was brought back to the dealership. Upon having it towed to back to the dealerships auto department, I inquired about purchasing a new vehicle all together. It was evident that the car had problems before I purchased it and that it was sold to me under false pretences. The dealers, including the Regional Sales Manager, Paul Zuposfka, denied any previous transmission related issues and denied giving a good return on the car. During the sale of the new car I decided to purchase, I was told that the Mariner I had purchased would be sold at an auction and never hit the lot of Quirk Ford in Quincy ever again. It is now being sold on their lot. They were ignorant, insensitive, arrogant, and unprofessional during both sales. They lack all qualifications necessary for a job specializing in customer service and sales. More
First new car we bought in a long time and to be honest, I was very surprised how personable the staff at Quirk was. Unfortunately, shortly after we purchased our car we started to experience problems with the My Ford Touch System. Bobby was immediately available to speak with us and connected us with Dan Abate Service Manager. Both worked expeditiously to resolve our problem. They not only said "we understand" but their actions demonstrated that understanding. Because of the service we received working, with these two gentlemen, I would recommend Quirk Ford in Quincy, MA to any family member or friend. Thanks guys!!!!!!!!!! More
