Enter, Steve Lincoln, my salesman. He was honest, knowledgeable, a straight-shooter and super friendly. Not only did we quickly reach a trade-in value for my own car as well as a sales price I knew to be fair (it really pays to do your online research before you shop!), but we wrapped up the paperwork and a very favorable financing rate too so that I was able to drive my new car home. Steve followed up the sale by overnight mailing me some touchup paint for my new (used) vehicle and by calling to make sure I was completely satisfied with my Ford Edge. I love my new car and I am so grateful that Steve was there with me every step of the way - he even helped me move my son's carseat!
