Our original intention was to purchase a Ford Escape but after working with Chris, we were able to purchase a Ford Fusion our salesman, Chris Baron. Chris was friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us, but he did in detail explain the difference in vehicles and worked with his finance department to get us the deal we could afford. I've been to Quirk Ford before, and there are some really rude sales people who work there. I've been made to feel highly uncomfortable. One sales guy treated me with no respect, to the point that he heavily implied that I was a liar about my economic status. His loss. Quirk Ford doesn't seem like the type of company that actually cares about online reviews to the point that they change their training or behavior to improve customer satisfaction. You shouldn't rely on the company to evolve to a state of superiority over nearby, friendlier dealerships in a reasonable timeframe. With this in mind, the substitute is to exclusively work with Robert Keith. Robert was very friendly, patient, realistic, and worked hard to get me a good deal. I love my car, and even though I spent an entire day at the dealership, the experience was a lot nicer than expected. He wasn't pushy, and he didn't try any underhanded tricks. If there's a car you want that Quirk Ford has, go seek him out and he'll take care of you. More

I've had my C-Max for 2 weeks now and with just 1200 miles of break-in, I got 51.5 mpg on a 120 mile round trip yesterday. You do have to drive a little differently but you can get this mileage! 3 things I'm getting used to: Ease away from traffic lights: gently use the electric (EV) side til about 10-15mph, then push it a little with the gas side to get up to speed quickly. Then let the pedal up, which puts you back to the EV and watch the mileage add up. Brake smoothly and let the energy flow back into the battery. When you see a red light in front, start to slow down. Watch the brake coach - you can get 100% almost every time - even in city traffic. Finally, I've been driving about 60-65 on the interstates. This has been a little tough because I'm used to going faster, but when you see the EV kick in and the MPGs add up and you're on the Mass Pike, it's a nice payoff. With the new computer update from Ford, I think it'll be easier to drive a little faster and get high mileage, but right now these three tips have been giving me great mileage. This is my second new car from Quirk Ford and I'm again happy with the experience. Thanks to Robert and also to the tech support team who know the ins and outs of the MyFord Touch system and were helpful in getting me started with my C-Max. I hope I'll be as happy with the next 60000 miles as I've been with the first 1200. More

For context: I always wanted a truck and have been driving higher end cars such as BMW, Mercedes, and Land Rover. I did my research online and decided the F150 Platinum loaded in the Ruby red was the truck I wanted. The Ford website is actually very good because it allows you to find the truck and option you want and the price or lease you should pay for that truck. I live in Braintree so my 1st stop was Herb Chambers Ford - again, no details, but they gave me a price that was $270 higher than the web site quote and didn't even have the exact truck I was looking for - I immediately walked out as Keith (finance) chased me saying "it was only my 1st price - we can negotiate". Being very upset and still wanting my truck I called Quick Ford and got Dan Revere on the phone - this guy was no BS and no games, absolutely awesome!!!!! I told him what I wanted and he quoted me over the phone - almost the same price from the web site. The next day I drove to Quirk and met Dan and Duane Greenidge - both we extremely knowledgable, friendly and (Most of all) HONEST! They gave me fair value for my trade, which the other dealers did too, but they found me the truck I wanted (exactly) with 5K in more options than the Herb Chambers truck and $250 less a month than Herb Chambers. Yes - this was Quirk's 1st offer and I took it because i could feel that they we not playing game like Herb Chambers. I can not say enough about my total experience - my wife and I have 3 kids we need to take to pick up the car - Duane played 2 roles - making me feel absolutely comfortable with every option on the Truck and entertained my 3 kids. Duane is the real deal - honest, integrity, and great guy to work with. Dan Revere (manger) set the tone for the entire amazing experience - and when was the last time anyone said buying a car or truck was an amazing experience - right - Duane and Dan made it that way! Like most, I used to dread buying a car because of the way you can be treated - Herb Chambers proved that to still be the case- but Quick showed me it can be a human experience. Thank you!!!! As for residents of Braintree - I would pay for your gas if you make the ride to Quirk and don't have the same experience - don't waste your time at Herb Chambers Ford unless you have time and money to waste!
