Chris Baron helped me get the Audi A7 that I wanted and have been looking for some time. From his friendly conversions on the phone, this first started the process that gave me the feeling that these guys have been looking for some time. We then made arrangements with them to come drive the car in which I came from out of state and they were very accommodating. When I arrived they were all very friendly and helpful including the manager Les Goodson who stated he was there to help Chris in any way which came off very positive with no pressure. The car was all the stated and more very clean and condition is better than I thought. When I arrived at the dealership, I was introduced to Chris Baron. I explained how I had been treated at prior dealerships and that I wasn't going to entertain any run around. He was perfectly honest and upfront. I explained what I wanted in financing and vehicle, and he made it happen. I purchased the vehicle and two service packages. My interest rate was lower that I had expected and been told. The vehicle was as advertised. Chris, was pleasant, informative, but most important..... Honest. WOW!!! THIS IS THE ONLY WAY I CAN DESCRIBE MY EXPERIENCE WITH ANTOINE. I TALKED WITH HIM ON FRIDAY JUST TO GET SOME INFO ON LEASING AN ESCAPE. I TOLD HIM THAT MY LEASE WAS ENDING NEXT MONTH AND WHAT I WAS WITH ANTOINE. I TALKED WITH HIM ON FRIDAY JUST TO GET SOME INFO ON LEASING AN ESCAPE. I TOLD HIM THAT MY LEASE WAS ENDING NEXT MONTH AND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR IN A NEW LEASE (OPTIONS PRICE ETC.). HE CALLED BACK WITHIN 15 MIN WITH THE EXACT CAR I WAS LOOKING FOR. I ASKED HIM TO LET ME SLEEP ON IT. NEXT MORING HE CALLED TO ASK WHAT HE HAD TO DO TO CLOSE THE DEAL I TOLD HIM HE HAD TO SHAVE THE MONTHLY PAYMENT A LITTLE WHICH HE DID. I showed up unannounced on a late Saturday afternoon and almost left the dealership when I couldn't find the truck we with during the entire process. However, Chris literally searched the entire lot, found it, and then immediately took us for a test drive.. no questions asked. I don't remember one time when I felt pressured at all or was being sold to. He truly understands the buying process from a customers vantage point and made that his top priority. It's good to know some people still care about the consumer and not just the sale. Very knowledgable and relaxed. Experienced and it showed. I would recommend him to friends and family. More

We told him we needed a night to think about it, and he was very respectful of our decision. Later in the day I reached out to him with some follow questions and got right back to me with various alternatives that he thought might be of interest. One of his suggestions was enough to get us interested in an option we hadn't thought enough about before...and we ended up going with. We were also contacted by the dealership to see how our visit and experience had been, which we appreciated. The following day, we ended up hammering out a fair deal and could not have been happier with our experience at Quirk Ford with Jeff Walsh.
