i was in a really bad car accident and i needed a new car, i been looking and looking going to many different dealerships and all they wanted was my money and really not trying hard enough to get me into car, i been looking and looking going to many different dealerships and all they wanted was my money and really not trying hard enough to get me into the vehicle i wanted, i even went to bmw of sudbury, ma herb chambers and even they gave me the run around about getting into a new car, and honestly it took them a long time to service me and my family i was wanting there for over a half and hour just to get service!!!!!! i will never recommend anyone to go to herb chambers !!! BUT QUIRK FORD of quincy mass!!! help me and my sales guy Jeffrey Walsh really helped me to get into my 2008 Infiniti G35x, he really work hard to help me.. the finance guy was great even the big boss jeffrey called him was great, everyone at Quirk was wonderful!! and i would highly recommend any one to go there, stay away from herb chambers.. thank you Quirk and Team, and when you go ask for Jeffrey Walsh More

I will preface this review by saying we have purchased 4 vehicles from Quick in the past 10 years. We live on the Cape, but we find it well worth the ride to visit Quirk - from sales to service they are th vehicles from Quick in the past 10 years. I arrived Quirk with 2 hours available to shop and find a new (used) vehicle; I drove up with our first Ford Explorer purchased by Quirk in 2002 (with 299,000 miles) in the hopes of trading it in - I was connected with Steve Taylor and he was incredible. I gave him the budget we were working within, and he put a LOT of effort into finding a vehicle that we could afford - and didn't' attempt to get me into something out of my budget. He was patient as we tested a few vehicles - I ended up with a great Ford Escape. It could not have been an easier purchase - Steve had the paperwork prepared in minutes, and I later drove home in my new Escape. It was the first time I purchased a car "alone" without my husband along - I trusted Steve and he could not have made the process any easier! More

I have recently been shopping the area dealerships for a replacement family vehicle. I would cruise the various lots checking the stock. On a rainy day a few weeks ago, I drove through the Quirk Ford lot an replacement family vehicle. I would cruise the various lots checking the stock. On a rainy day a few weeks ago, I drove through the Quirk Ford lot and was viewing a used SUV from inside mine. To my surprise a salesman appeared at my window, introduced himself as Mike Travers and asked to help me. He answered a few questions for me and I declined an invite to come in or look further. I noted his name after I drove out because I was impressed with his professional, polite and NON-pushy demeanor. This week I saw a vehicle I liked on the lot, called the Quirk Sales line and asked for Mike. Again with his no-pressure style he asked me to stop by and test drive the vehicle. During the pleasant test drive his knowledge of the equipment and the sales /or leasing procedures were apparent. At his desk we negotiated my trade-in, warranty info, financing and final purchase price on a great Certified Pr-owned SUV. At no time did I feel pressured, pushed or rushed in any manor. Everyone in the show room was very courteous and respectful. I would encourage anyone shopping for new or used equipment to visit Mike and the Quirk Team. I know I will be back. G P Connors More

I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP FROM AN AD THEY HAD RUNNING IN BODTON GLOBE. FROM THE BEGINNING STARTING WITH DAN THE MGR. HE LISTENED TO WHAT I HAD TO SAY. DAN TRANSFERRED ME TO MY SALESMAN ROBERT KEITH. ROBRRT BODTON GLOBE. FROM THE BEGINNING STARTING WITH DAN THE MGR. HE LISTENED TO WHAT I HAD TO SAY. DAN TRANSFERRED ME TO MY SALESMAN ROBERT KEITH. ROBRRT WAS VRRY HELPFUL IN EORKING WITH ME TO FIND A COMPARABLE CAR AS THE ONR IN THE AD HAD BEEN SOLD. HE RETURNED MY PHONE CALL WITHIN 10 MINUTES. WITH A COUPLE OF OPTIONS. I HAD TALKED TO TWO OTHER NH DEALERSHIPS; ONE WAS NOT EVEN IN THE BALLPARK AND THE OTHER KEPT INCREASING THE PRICE. I CALLED ROBERT BACK TO TELL HIM HE WAS THE ONE I WOULD BE THERE WITHIN S COUPLE OF HOURS. THE GREETING was VERY FRIENDLY BY ALL THREE GENTLEMEN. ALL WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THROUGH FROM exPLAINING AND SETTING UP MY CAR; FInance Darren also explained the lease with additional options asking several times if we had any questions. Darren also told us to call anytime should we have questions. Robert did the same giving us his card and told us to call anytime. After my car was delivered he followed up with a phone call to make sure we were happy. On the way out the door of the dealership Dan was standing at the door to shake our hands and thank us.
