His honesty was refreshing and appreciated. I bought the car, and drove it home that day. The positive experience didn't end there. I had left some personal paperwork in my "trade-in", Tusani was quick to return my call and secure the paperwork for me. He kept in touch and let me know as soon as my registration was available to be picked up. He also made sure I got my inspection sticker without a wait. We were window shopping for a first truck for our 16 year old son. Nick approached us to ask if we had any questions and we started talking to him. He is so easy to talk to and after a few questions knew exactly what we were looking for. Even though the dealership was closing it didn't stop him from taking the time to show us so many different trucks and not rushing us. He also made sure he was addressing the questions to our son instead of us so he felt involved in the process. Needless to say we ended up purchasing a truck that night. I really think that if Nick had not been our salesman a sale would not have happened that night. Nick is a great asset to Quirk Ford! More

We looked at a couple of brand new Ford Escapes and spent some time discussing different options with the understanding that a deal would not be made that day. We spoke with Chris the next morning and he was able to answer several questions we had but if he didn't have the answers, he would call us back. After making a decision, we went back that evening and Chris' first question was about my father and how he was feeling, knowing that he had surgery earlier that day. Chris was very personable and his customer service skills are beyond exceptional. We also had a phenomenal experience with the Sales Manager, Bobby. He was very nice and he was able to give us a great deal on our trade. After working out a deal, my mother was able to purchase a vehicle with more options than she had originally wanted. We are very happy with the service we received and can honestly state that Chris and Bobby are not just sales men but a great team when it comes to customer service and care about the customer and their needs.
